Notice regarding Appointment of Registrar to Share
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of Shiva Shree Hydropower Limited, Citizens Capital Limited, Batuleghar, Dillibazar, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar with effect from today, dated 2083/06/02, to perform all tasks related to maintaining records of securities transactions, registration/transfer of shares, name transfers, placing halts, and keeping the records of shareholders updated. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all shareholders and concerned parties that all activities under the Share Registrar of this company will be carried out through Citizens Capital Limited.
