१. वित्तीय विवरण:
क. व्यवस्थापनबाट तयार पारिएको र लेखापरीक्षण नभएको आ.व. २०७९/०८० को चौथो त्रैमासिकको वासलात तथा नाफा नोक्सान हिसाब किताब यसै साथ प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

- व्यवस्थापकीय विश्लेषण: उक्त चौथो त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको मौज्दात र तरलतामा उल्लेखनिय परिवर्तन छैन। कम्पनीको व्यवसायिक योजना अनुरुप नै कार्यहरु भई रहेका छन्। यस कम्पनीबाट सिन्धुपाल्चोक जिल्ला भोटेकोशी गाउँपालिकामा निर्माण गरेको माथिल्लो चाकु ए जलविद्युत आयोजना (२२.२ मे.वा) ले मिति २०७८/०२/०१ देखि COD गरि विद्युत उत्पादन गरि रहेको छ।
- कानूनी कारवाही सम्बन्धी विवरण: यस त्रैमासिकमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध तथा कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र संचालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामिला परे/गरेको छैन।
- संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी विवरण: धितोपत्र बजारमा संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार नियमानुसार सामान्य प्रकृतिवाट नै भएको छ। यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको शेयरको अधिकतम, न्यूनतम, अन्तिम मूल्य, कारोबार भएको कुल दिन तथा कारोबार संख्या स्टक एक्सचेन्ज लि. को वेवसाइट अनुसार:

- Management Analysis: There are no significant changes in the company's inventory and liquidity during the fourth quarter period. Operations are progressing as per the company's business plan. The Upper Chaku A Hydropower Project (22.2 MW) constructed by this company in Bhotekoshi Rural Municipality, Sindhupalchok District, has been generating electricity under Commercial Operation Date (COD) since 2078/02/01.
- Details Regarding Legal Actions: During this quarter, no lawsuits have been filed by or against the institution, nor against the promoters and directors.
- Details Regarding Share Trading of the Institution: Share trading of the institution in the stock market has occurred normally as per rules.
