यस श्री इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड फाइनान्स कं. लि. को देहायका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयरमध्ये तपशिलमा उल्लेखित शेयर संख्या बिक्री गर्नका लागि निवेदन दिनु भएको हुँदा नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट जारी एकीकृत निर्देशन बमोजिम बिक्री गर्न प्रस्ताव गरिएको उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतिस) दिनभित्र यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, डिल्लीबजार काठमाडौंमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन दिनुहुन यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । सो शेयरका बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेता र खरीदकर्ताको आपसी समझदारीमा हुनेछ । म्यादभित्र विद्यमान संस्थापकहरुबाट आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापकभन्दा बाहिर शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया अगाडि बढाइने समेत जानकारी गराउँदछौं ।

This notice is published for existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the promoter shares proposed for sale by the promoter shareholder of Shree Investment and Finance Co. Ltd., as detailed below. The said shareholder has submitted an application to sell the number of shares mentioned in the table below from their promoter shares, in accordance with the integrated directives issued by Nepal Rastra Bank. Interested existing promoter shareholders are requested to submit their applications to the central office of this financial institution, Dillibazar, Kathmandu, within ३५ (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. The selling price of these shares will be determined by mutual agreement between the seller and the buyer. We also inform that if no applications are received from existing promoters within the deadline, the share sale process will be advanced to non-promoters.
