सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक रही सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको सिद्धार्थ म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत संचालनमा रहेको खुलामुखी योजना सिद्धार्थ व्यवस्थित लगानी योजना Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS)' को आर्थिक वर्ष २०७२/७३ को लेखापरीक्षण कार्य सम्पन्न भई योजना व्यवस्थापकको मिति २०७३/०४/०८ गते दिउँसो ३:१५ बजे बसेको संचालक समितिको २०६औं बैठकले आर्थिक वर्ष २०७२/७३ का लागि उक्त योजनाका इकाईधनीहरुलाई कर सहित ३ प्रतिशत प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
साथै, उक्त प्रतिफल प्राप्त गर्नका लागि मिति २०७३/०४/०८ गतेसम्म इकाईधनी दर्ता किताबमा कायम रहेका इकाईधनीहरु मात्र योग्य हुने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत सम्बन्धित सबैमा जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
सिद्धार्थ व्यवस्थित लगानी योजना, एक खुलामुखी योजना रहेको र लाभांश पुनः लगानी योजना (Dividend Re-Investment Plan) मा दर्ता गर्नुहुने इकाईधनीहरुको प्राप्त प्रतिफल बराबरको इकाई (कर तथा निर्धारित डिपि शुल्क पछिको प्रतिफल रकम बराबरले हुन आउने रकम)मा समायोजित खुद सम्पत्ति मूल्यमा पुनः लगानी गरी सम्बन्धित इकाईधनीहरुको हितग्राही खातामा सोझै पठाईने व्यवस्था मिलाईनेछ । साथै, उक्त योजनामा सहभागी नहुने इकाईधनीहरुको हकमा प्रतिफल रकम सम्बन्धित इकाईधनीहरुको हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेखित बैंक खातामा सोझै जम्मा गरिने व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
Siddhartha Bank Limited, as the fund promoter, and Siddhartha Capital Limited, as the scheme manager, hereby inform all concerned that the 206th meeting of the Board of Directors of Siddhartha Mutual Fund's open-ended scheme, Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS), held on 2073/04/08 at 3:15 PM, has decided to distribute a 3 percent dividend (cash dividend) including tax to the unitholders of the said scheme for the fiscal year 2072/73, after the completion of the audit for the fiscal year 2072/73.
Furthermore, it is also informed through this notice that only unitholders registered in the unitholder register until 2073/04/08 will be eligible to receive the said dividend.
Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme is an open-ended scheme. For unitholders registered in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan, the dividend amount will be reinvested at the adjusted Net Asset Value (NAV) into units equivalent to the received dividend (the amount equivalent to the dividend after tax and prescribed DP charges) and directly sent to the respective unitholders' Demat accounts. Additionally, for unitholders not participating in the said scheme, the dividend amount will be directly deposited into the bank account specified in their respective Demat accounts.
