इकाईधनीहरुलाई प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गरिएको सम्बन्धमा सूचना
सिद्धार्थ बैंक लिमिटेड कोष प्रवर्द्धक रही सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड योजना व्यवस्थापक रहेको सिद्धार्थ म्युचुअल फण्ड अन्तर्गत सञ्चालनमा रहेको खुलामुखी योजना सिद्धार्थ व्यवस्थित लगानी योजना 'Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS)' को आर्थिक वर्ष २०८०/८१ को लागि योजनाका इकाईधनीहरुलाई कर सहित ४.५५ प्रतिशतका दरले प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) वितरण गर्ने निर्णय भए बमोजिम प्रतिफल वितरण प्रयोजनार्थ इकाईधनी दर्ता पुस्तिकामा मिति २०८१ श्रावण ८ गतेसम्म कायम इकाईधनीहरुलाई हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेख गरिएको बैंक खातामा उक्त प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) मिति २०८१ श्रावण १९ गतेदेखि जम्मा गरिएकोले आफ्नो बैंक खातामा प्रतिफल प्राप्त भए नभएको यकिन गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ ।
साथै, लाभांश पुनः लगानी योजना (Dividend Re-Investment Plan) मा सम्मिलित इकाईधनीहरुको हकमा यस योजनाका ईकाईहरु सम्बन्धित हितग्राही खातामा मिति २०८१ श्रावण १५ गतेदेखि जम्मा गरिसकिएको व्यहोरा समेत जानकारी गरिन्छ । हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक नगराउनु भएका इकाईधनी महानुभावहरुले हितग्राही खाता रहेको निक्षेप सदस्यकहाँ सम्पर्क राखि हितग्राही खातामा आफ्नो बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गराई समयमा नै आफ्नो प्रतिफल (नगद लाभांश) प्राप्त गर्नु हुन अनुरोध छ ।
पुनश्चः आफ्नो इकाई धितो राखेका इकाईधनी महानुभावहरुको हकमा प्रतिफल प्राप्त गर्नको लागि सम्बन्धित बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको स्वीकृति पत्र सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडमा पेश गर्नुहुन समेत अनुरोध छ ।
साथै, आगामी वर्ष देखि लाभांश पुनः लगानी योजना (Dividend Re-Investment Plan) मा सहभागि हुन चाहनु हुने इकाईधनीहरुले सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटलको website मार्फत (https://mutualfund.siddharthacapital.com/Modules/MainPage/DREPRegistration.aspx) वा सिद्धार्थ क्यापिटल लिमिटेडमा सम्पर्क गरी लाभांश पुनः लगानी योजनामा सहभागि हुन सकिने व्यहोरा जानकारी गराउँदछौँ ।

Notice Regarding Distribution of Return (Cash Dividend) to Unit Holders
Under Siddhartha Mutual Fund, sponsored by Siddhartha Bank Limited and managed by Siddhartha Capital Limited, the open-ended scheme Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme 'Siddhartha Systematic Investment Scheme (SSIS)' has decided to distribute a return (cash dividend) at the rate of 4.55 percentage (tax inclusive) for the fiscal year 2080/81 to its unit holders. Accordingly, for the purpose of dividend distribution, the said return (cash dividend) has been deposited from मिति 2081 Shrawan 19 into the bank accounts mentioned in the beneficiary accounts of unit holders maintained in the unit holder register until मिति 2081 Shrawan 8. Unit holders are requested to confirm whether the return has been credited to their bank accounts.
Furthermore, unit holders participating in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan are informed that the units of this scheme have already been credited to their respective beneficiary accounts from मिति 2081 Shrawan 15. Unit holders who have not updated their bank accounts in their beneficiary accounts are requested to contact their depository participants where their beneficiary accounts are maintained, update their bank details, and receive their return (cash dividend) on time.
P.S.: Unit holders who have pledged their units are requested to submit the release/consent letter from the concerned bank/financial institution to Siddhartha Capital Limited to receive the return.
Also, unit holders wishing to participate in the Dividend Re-Investment Plan from next year onwards are informed that they can participate via Siddhartha Capital's website (https://mutualfund.siddharthacapital.com/Modules/MainPage/DREPRegistration.aspx) or by contacting Siddhartha Capital Limited.
