लक-ईन (Lock In) अवधि समाप्ती हुने सम्बन्धी सूचना
श्री नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र संख्या ८०/८१ चलानी नं. १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको निर्देशन बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल ३,०७,५०,५०० कित्ता शेयरहरु मध्ये देहाय बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनी र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको मध्ये देहाय बमोजिम संस्थापक शेयरधनी र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको मिति २०८३/०६/२३ गते पश्चात लक इनको समयावधि समाप्त हुने हुदा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियामक निकायहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

नोट : संचालकहरु तथा कम्पनीका उच्च व्यवस्थापकीय पदमा कार्यरत कर्मचारीहरुको हकमा नियमानुसार शेयर रोक्का रहने छ।
Notice regarding the expiry of the Lock-In period
As per the directive of Nepal Securities Board, letter number 80/81, dispatch number 1523, dated 2080/08/25, out of the total 3,07,50,500 shares registered with the Nepal Securities Board, the lock-in period for shares owned by promoter shareholders and employees, as detailed below, will expire after 2083/06/23. This notice is published for the information of all esteemed shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all concerned stakeholders.
