लक इनमा (Lock In) अवधि समाप्त हुने बारेको अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना
सोपान फर्मास्युटिकल्स लिमिटेडले आफ्नो जारी पूँजी रु. १,७१,६०,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी एक अर्ब एकहत्तर करोड साठी लाख रुपैयाँ मात्र) को २५% अर्थात रु. ४२,९०,००,०००/- (अक्षरेपी बयालिस करोड नब्बे लाख रुपैयाँ) रकम बराबरको प्रति कित्ता अंकित मूल्य रु. १००/- दरका ४२,९०,००० कित्ता साधारण शेयर मध्ये ५% अर्थात २,१४,५००* कित्ता साधारण शेयर सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुलाई बाँडफाँड गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्बन्धित सबैमा विदितै छ । सामूहिक लगानी कोषहरुको लागि छुट्टाइएको उक्त साधारण शेयरको लक इन (Lock in) अवधि सर्वसाधारणलाई शेयर बाँडफाँड भएको मितिले ६ महिनामा समाप्त हुने प्रावधान रहेकोमा उक्त शेयरको लक इन (Lock in) अवधि देहाय बमोजिमको मितिमा समाप्त हुने हुँदा सोको व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु, नियामक निकायहरु लगायत सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

१ सामूहिक लगानी कोषको स्वामित्वमा रहेको २,१०,९६५* मिति २०८३/०७/१६ गते पश्चात्
* नोट: सामूहिक लगानी कोषका दुईवटा योजनाहरु परिपक्व भइसकेको हुँदा नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको मिति २०८०/०७/२० (पत्र संख्या:-२०८०/८१ चलानी नं.:- ११७५) को पत्रमा भएको व्यवस्था बमोजिम उक्त योजनाहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेका कुल ३,५३५ कित्ता शेयर लक इन अवधि अगावै फुकुवा गरिएको ।
Highly Important Notice Regarding the Expiry of Lock-In Period
It is well known to all concerned that Sopan Pharmaceuticals Limited allotted 5% i.e. 2,14,500* units of ordinary shares to mutual funds out of the 42,90,000 units of ordinary shares of face value Rs. 100/- each, equivalent to 25% i.e. Rs. 42,90,00,000/- (in words, forty-two crore ninety lakh rupees only) of its issued capital of Rs. 1,71,60,00,000/- (in words, one billion seventy-one crore sixty lakh rupees only). As there is a provision that the lock-in period of the said ordinary shares allocated for mutual funds shall expire 6 months from the date of allotment of shares to the general public, this notice has been published for the information of all shareholders, regulatory bodies, and all stakeholders that the lock-in period of the said shares will expire on the following date.
