लक इन (Lock In) अवधि समाप्त हुने सम्बन्धी सूचना
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डको पत्र सङ्ख्याः ८०/८१, चलानी नं.: १५२३ मिति २०८०/०८/२५ गतेको पत्रबाट निर्देशन भए बमोजिम यस कम्पनीको नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डमा दर्ता भएको कुल ५,२८,२७,९३६ कित्ता शेयरहरु (बोनश शेयर र हकप्रद शेयर सहित) मध्ये तपशिलमा उल्लिखित संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरु र कर्मचारीहरुको स्वामित्वमा रहेको शेयरको मिति २०८३/०५/१४ (२०२६/०८/३०) मा रोक्का (लक इन) को समायावधि समाप्त हुने हुँदा सम्पूर्ण नियामक निकायहरु, शेयरधनी महानुभावहरु तथा सम्पूर्ण सरोकारवालाहरुको जानकारीका लागि यस सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।

Notice Regarding Expiry of Lock-in Period
As per the directive from Nepal Securities Board's letter number: 80/81, dispatch number: 1523 dated 2080/08/25, out of the total 5,28,27,936 shares (including bonus shares and right shares) registered with Nepal Securities Board for this company, the lock-in period for shares owned by the promoter shareholders and employees mentioned in the table below will expire on 2083/05/14 (2026/08/30). This notice has been published for the information of all regulatory bodies, esteemed shareholders, and all concerned stakeholders.
