संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी सूचना
यस सपोर्ट लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको ७,६६१.४६ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिनु भएकोले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन, २०८२ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८२, १२ (ख) बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई बोलकबोल आधारमा बिक्री गर्न संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
यदि कुनै संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुलाई उक्त शेयर खरीद गर्न इच्छा भएमा यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिन भित्र आवश्यक कागजात प्रमाण संलग्न गरि यस कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय वा शेयर रजिष्ट्रार आरविवि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ्ग लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाण्डौँमा आफूले खरीद गर्ने शेयर कित्ताको व्यहोरा खुलाई निवेदन दिनु हुन सूचित गरिन्छ । संस्थापक शेयर खरीद गरि लिने सम्बन्धमा तोकिएको उक्त म्याद भित्र हाल कायम संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा प्रचलित नियमानुसार अन्य व्यक्तिलाई बिक्री गर्ने सम्बन्धी आवश्यक कारवाही अघि बढाईने व्यहोरा समेत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice Regarding Sale of Promoter Shares
As a promoter shareholder of Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has applied to sell 7,661.46 units of promoter shares registered in their name, this notice has been published for the information of existing promoter shareholders regarding the sale of shares on a bid basis, as per Integrated Directive, 2082, Directive No. 10/082, 12 (ख) issued to “D” class licensed microfinance financial institutions by Nepal Rastra Bank.
If any promoter shareholder wishes to purchase the said shares, they are informed to submit an application specifying the number of shares they wish to purchase, along with necessary documents and proof, to the company's central office or share registrar RBV Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu, within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice. Furthermore, for the information of all concerned, if no application is received from the existing promoter shareholders within the stipulated period for the purchase of promoter shares, necessary action will be taken to sell them to other individuals as per prevailing regulations.
