शेयर अभौतिकीकरण नगर्नु भएका शेयरधनीहरुले विगत आर्थिक वर्षहरुमा वितरण गरेको बोनश शेयर/हकप्रद शेयरको प्रमाणपत्र संकलन गरी उक्त शेयर प्रमाणपत्र अभौतिकीकरण गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं। साथै भौतिक रुपमा कायम शेयरधनीहरुको हकमा आफ्नो शेयर प्रमाणपत्र अभौतिकीकरण गरे पश्चात् मात्र नगद लाभांश हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेख गरेका बैंक खातामा पठाउने व्यवस्था मिलाईएको हुँदा आफ्नो शेयर प्रमाणपत्र हालसम्म अभौतिकीकरण नगर्नु भएका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले यथाशीघ्र आफुले डिम्याट खाता खोलेको सम्बन्धित निक्षेप सदस्यमा सम्पर्क गरी आफ्नो शेयर प्रमाणपत्र अभौतिकीकरण गरी नेपाल क्लियरिङ्ग हाउस अन्तर्गत IPS सदस्यता प्राप्त कुनै पनि बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थामा रहेको आफ्नो बैंक खाता नम्बर सहितको विवरण अद्यावधिक गर्नुहुन अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
हालसम्म पनि आफ्नो हितग्राही खातामा बैंक/वित्तीय संस्थाको खाता अद्यावधिक नगराउनु भएका तथा हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेखित बैंक खाता भएको बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्था मर्जरको कारणले गर्दा परिवर्तन भएका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले आफ्नो हितग्राही खाता रहेको सम्बन्धित निक्षेप सदस्यमा सम्पर्क राखि हितग्राही खातामा बैंक खाता अद्यावधिक गराई समयमा नै आफ्नो लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नुहुन अनुरोध छ। साथै, यस कम्पनीको शेयरधनी दर्ता पुस्तिका बन्द (Book Close) को समयमा शेयर धितो राखी कर्जा लिनु भएका शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले सम्बन्धित बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाबाट शेयर फुकुवा पत्र (No Objection Letter) प्राप्त भए पश्चात् मात्र बैंक/हितग्राही खातामा लाभांश जम्मा गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत सूचित गर्दछौं।
Shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their shares are requested to collect the certificates of bonus shares/right shares distributed in past fiscal years and dematerialize those share certificates. Furthermore, for shareholders holding physical shares, the cash dividend will only be sent to the bank accounts linked to their Demat accounts after the dematerialization of their share certificates. Therefore, shareholders who have not yet dematerialized their share certificates are requested to contact their respective Depository Participant (DP) where they have opened their Demat account as soon as possible, dematerialize their share certificates, and update their details including the bank account number maintained at any bank or financial institution having IPS membership under Nepal Clearing House.
Shareholders who have not yet updated their bank/financial institution account details in their Demat accounts, or whose bank/financial institution accounts mentioned in the Demat accounts have changed due to mergers, are requested to contact their respective Depository Participant (DP) to update their bank accounts in their Demat accounts and receive their dividends in a timely manner. Additionally, shareholders who have taken loans by pledging shares during the Book Close period of this company are informed through this notice that the dividend will be deposited into their bank/Demat accounts only after receiving a No Objection Letter (release letter) from the respective bank or financial institution.
