यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा रहेको संस्थापक शेयर अधिकतम कबोल गर्नेलाई बिक्री गर्न वित्तीय संस्था समक्ष निवेदन दिनु भएको र उक्त निवेदन संचालक समितिको बैठकमा पेश हुँदा रित पुर्याई बिक्री गर्न प्रक्रिया अघि बढाउने निर्णय भएको हुँदा संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्दा विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिनुपर्ने नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनको व्यवस्था बमोजिम विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीको जानकारीको लागी यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ । अतः संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरुले यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैँतिस) दिन भित्र (सो दिन सार्वजनिक बिदा परेमा सोको भोलिपल्ट अर्थात् कार्यालय खुलेको दिन) कार्यालय समय भित्र आवश्यक कागजात संलग्न गरी यस वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा-५, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक स्थित प्रशासन विभागमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुहुन सूचित गरिन्छ ।
तोकिएको म्याद भित्र निवेदन पेश हुन नआएमा वा प्राप्त निवेदनबाट उल्लेखित सम्पूर्ण शेयर बिक्री नभएमा प्रचलित कानुन/व्यवस्था बमोजिम अन्य व्यक्ति वा संस्थालाई संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री गर्ने गरी आवश्यक प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराइन्छ ।

Public Notice Regarding the Sale of Promoter Shares

As a promoter shareholder of this financial institution has submitted an application to the financial institution to sell the promoter shares held in their name to the highest bidder, and upon presenting the said application to the Board of Directors meeting, it was decided to proceed with the due sale process, this notice is published for the information of existing promoter shareholders in accordance with the directives of Nepal Rastra Bank requiring priority to be given to existing promoter shareholders when selling promoter shares. Therefore, existing promoter shareholders interested in purchasing the promoter shares are hereby notified to submit a written application along with the necessary documents to the Administration Department at the central office of this financial institution in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice (or the following day the office opens if that day falls on a public holiday) during office hours.
If no applications are submitted within the stipulated timeframe or if the entire specified shares are not sold from the applications received, notice is also hereby given that the necessary process will be initiated to sell the promoter shares to other individuals or institutions in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
