बीमा दाबी भुक्तानी सम्बन्धी सूचना

यस ट्रस्ट माइक्रो इन्स्योरेन्स लि.बाट खरिद भए गरीएको बीमालेख बमोजिम नै वि.सं. २०८२ साल श्रावण १ गतेदेखि २०८३ साल जेष्ठ १५ गतेसम्म यस कम्पनीमा परेका बीमा दाबी निवेदन तथा बीमा दाबी सम्बन्धमा बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधिबाट दाबी निवेदन प्राप्त भई हाल सम्म दाबी मूल्याङ्कनका लागि आवश्यक कागजात प्राप्त नभएको, तथा बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधि सम्पर्कमा नभएका दाबीहरुका सम्बन्धमा प्रथम पटक प्रकाशित सूचनाको मितिले २१ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजात सहित कम्पनी वा कम्पनीबाट खटाईएका सर्भेयरहरुलाई सम्पर्क गरी आवश्यक कागजात बुझाई दाबी भुक्तानी प्रक्रिया अगाडी बढाउन हुन अनुरोध गर्दछौँ । उपरोक्त बमोजिमको समयावधिभित्र आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कागजात कम्पनीमा प्राप्त नभएमा वा सम्पर्कमा नआएमा सम्बन्धित व्यक्तिको दाबी फाईल बन्द गरिने व्यहोरा समेत यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौँ । बीमित वा बीमितको प्रतिनिधिले गरेको दाबीको विस्तृत विवरण कम्पनीको वेबसाईट www.trustmicroinsure.com मा हेर्न सकिनेछ ।
Notice Regarding Insurance Claim Payment

Trust Micro Insurance Ltd. requests that for insurance claims filed with the company from B.S. 2082 Shrawan 1 to B.S. 2083 Jestha 15, for which necessary documents for claim evaluation have not yet been received from the insured or their representative, and for claims where the insured or their representative has not been in contact, to contact the company or the surveyors appointed by the company with the necessary documents within 21 days from the date of the first publication of this notice to proceed with the claim payment process. We also inform through this notice that if all necessary documents are not received by the company or if contact is not made within the aforementioned period, the claim file of the concerned person will be closed. Detailed information on claims made by the insured or their representative can be viewed on the company's website www.trustmicroinsure.com.
