१. वित्तीय विवरण :
यस आ.व.२०८१/०८२ को चौथो त्रैमासिक अवधिको वासलात तथा नाफा नोक्सान हिसाबको आधारमा कम्पनीको प्रमुख वित्तीय अनुपात निम्नानुसार छ ।

२. व्यावसायिक विश्लेषण :
यस आ.व.२०८१/०८२ को चौथो त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको मौज्दात र तरलतामा उल्लेखनीय परिवर्तन छैन। कम्पनीको व्यावसायिक योजना अनुरूप नै कार्यहरु भईरहेका छन्। यस कम्पनीद्वारा प्रवर्द्धित मिदिम खोला (करापु) जलविद्युत आयोजनाको उत्पादन विगतको सोही अवधि भन्दा उल्लेख्य रुपमा वृद्धि भएको छ। दमौली भोर्लेटार ३३ के भी प्रसारणमा बेला बेलामा हुने अवरोधले विद्युत उत्पादनमा प्रत्यक्ष असर पर्ने गरेको छ। यस कम्पनीद्वारा प्रवर्द्धित होङ्गु खोला जलविद्युत आयोजना-२८.९ मे.वा. र माथिल्लो तमोर 'ए' जलविद्युत आयोजना-६० मे.वा. को सम्भाव्यता अध्ययन कार्य सम्पन्न भई यी दुवै आयोजना विद्युत खरीद विक्रि सम्झौताको लागि नेपाल विद्युत प्राधिकरण, विद्युत व्यापार विभागमा प्रक्रियामा रहेको छ। वातावरणीय प्रभाव मूल्याङ्कनको हकमा होङ्गु खोला जलविद्युत आयोजना-२८.९ मे.वा. र माथिल्लो तमोर 'ए' जलविद्युत आयोजना-६० मे.वा. को प्रतिवेदन वन तथा वातावरण मन्त्रालयबाट स्वीकृत भइसकेको छ। यी दुवै आयोजनाको विद्युत उत्पादनको अनुमतीपत्र प्राप्त भइसकेको छ।
३. कानूनी कारबाही सम्बन्धी विवरण :
यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाले कसै विरुद्ध र कसैले संस्था विरुद्ध साथै संस्थापक र संचालक विरुद्ध कुनै मुद्दा मामिला परे/गरेको छैन ।
४. संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार सम्बन्धी विवरण :
धितोपत्र बजारमा संस्थाको शेयर कारोबार नियमानुसार सामान्य प्रकृति बाटै भएको छ । यस त्रैमासिक अवधिमा संस्थाको शेयरको अधिकतम, न्यूनतम तथा अन्तिम मूल्य, कारोबार भएको कूल दिन, कारोबार संख्या र कारोबार भएको शेयर संख्या नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेञ्ज लि. को वेबसाइट अनुसार :

Fourth Quarter Report of F.Y. 2081/2082
1. Financial Statements:
Based on the balance sheet and profit and loss account for the fourth quarter of this F.Y. 2081/082, the major financial ratios of the company are as follows.

2. Management Analysis:
During the fourth quarter of this F.Y. 2081/082, there are no significant changes in the institution's reserves and liquidity. Activities are progressing according to the company's business plan. The production of the Midim Khola (Karapu) Hydropower Project promoted by this company has significantly increased compared to the same period in the past. Intermittent disruptions in the Damauli Bhorletar 33 kV transmission line have directly affected electricity production. Feasibility studies for the Hongu Khola Hydropower Project-28.9 MW and Upper Tamor 'A' Hydropower Project-60 MW promoted by this company have been completed, and both projects are in process at the Nepal Electricity Authority, Power Trade Department for Power Purchase Agreement (PPA). Regarding Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), the reports for Hongu Khola Hydropower Project-28.9 MW and Upper Tamor 'A' Hydropower Project-60 MW have been approved by the Ministry of Forests and Environment. Generation licenses for both projects have been obtained.
3. Details Regarding Legal Actions:
No lawsuits have been filed by or against the institution, nor against the promoters and directors during this quarterly period.
4. Details Regarding Share Transactions of the Institution:
Share trading of the institution in the securities market has taken place in a normal manner as per rules. According to the website of Nepal Stock Exchange Ltd., the maximum, minimum, and closing prices of the institution's shares during this quarter, total trading days, number of transactions, and number of traded shares are as follows:

The problems and challenges faced by the institution are similar to other institutions in the market. The Board of Directors periodically reviews and formulates strategies to address and overcome emerging problems and challenges.
