युनाईटेड अजोड इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको संस्थापक समूहतर्फ ६३,८१७ कित्ता प्रथम पटक मिति २०८१/०२/२९ गते देखि मिति २०८१/०३/०८ गते सम्म लिलाम बढाबढ गरि बिक्री गर्न बोलपत्र आह्वान गर्दा साबिकका संस्थापक शेयर धनीहरुबाट दरखास्त प्राप्त हुन नआएको हुँदा निष्काशन कम्पनीका सञ्चालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार उक्त शेयरहरु खरिद गर्न इच्छुक यस कम्पनीका विद्यमान संस्थापक तथा योग्य इच्छुक जो कोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघ, संस्थाहरुलाई दोस्रो पटक मिति २०८१/०३/२५ गते देखि मिति २०८१/०४/०१ गते सम्म लिलाम बढाबढ द्वारा खरिद गर्न आह्वान गरिएकोमा उक्त अवधिभित्र प्राप्त शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रहरु मिति २०८१/०४/०७ गतेका दिन खोली आवश्यक रुजु गरि प्रचलित कानून तथा धितोपत्र सम्बन्धी नियम, निर्देशिकाको अधिनमा रही मिति २०८१/०४/१२ गते बाँडफाँड गरिएको हुँदा सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ।
साथै, बाँडफाँडको अन्तिम मूल्य (Cut-Off Price) रु. ११२।६० रहेको र उक्त मूल्यमा बोलपत्र पेश गर्नेहरुको हकमा सापेक्षिक भारअनुसार समानुपातिक रुपमा बाँडफाँड गरिएको जानकारी गराउँदछौँ ।
Notice Regarding Allotment of Unsubscribed Right Shares and Refund Payment
When sealed bids were invited for auction sale of 63,817 promoter group units of United Ajod Insurance Limited for the first time from 2081/02/29 to 2081/03/08, no applications were received from existing promoter shareholders. Therefore, as per the decision of the issuing company's Board of Directors, interested existing promoters, eligible individuals, companies, associations, and institutions were invited to bid for the second time from 2081/03/25 to 2081/04/01 via auction sale. The sealed bids received within the specified period were opened on 2081/04/07, verified, and allotted on 2081/04/12 in accordance with prevailing laws and securities rules and guidelines. This notice is published for the information of all concerned.
Furthermore, we inform that the final cut-off price for allotment is Rs. 112।60, and allotment has been made proportionally based on relative weightage for applicants who submitted bids at that price.
