आदरणीय सेयरधनी महानुभावहरु,
यस विजय लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लि.को मिति २०८३/०३/०१ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको ४६औं बैठकको निर्णय अनुसार यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सत्रौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा देहायको विषयहरुमा छलफल तथा निर्णय गर्न निम्न मिति, समय तथा स्थानमा बस्ने भएकोले सम्पूर्ण सेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारी तथा उपस्थितिको लागि कम्पनी ऐन २०६३ को दफा ६७ (२) बमोजिम यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
सभा बस्ने मिति, समय र स्थान:
मिति :- २०८३ साल आषाढ २६ गते शुक्रवार (तदनुसार जुलाई १०, २०२६) ।
समय :- दिनको ०१:०० बजे ।
स्थान :- धुलिखेल लज रिसोर्ट, धुलिखेल, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोक ।
छलफलका विषय तथा अन्य जानकारीको लागि मिति २०८३/०३/०२ गतेको अन्नपूर्ण पोष्ट पत्रिकामा प्रकाशित यस वित्तीय संस्थाको सत्रौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा हुने बारेको सूचनाबाट जानकारी लिन सकिने व्यहोरा अनुरोध छ ।

As per the decision of the 86th meeting of the Board of Directors of Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. held on 2083/03/01, this financial institution's 17th Annual General Meeting will be held at the following date, time, and place to discuss and decide on the following matters. This notice has been published for the information and presence of all esteemed shareholders, in accordance with Section 67 (2) of the Companies Act, 2063.
Date, Time and Place of the Meeting:
Date :- 2083 Ashadh 26, Friday (corresponding to July 10, 2026).
Time :- 01:00 PM.
Place :- Dhulikhel Lodge Resort, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchok.
