
Nepal’s Exports Surge 88.6% in FY 2025/26 – Soybean Oil Leads with 43% Share
NRB’s Mid-September 2025/26 report shows that Nepal’s total exports jumped 88.6%, reaching Rs. 47.3 billion, led by soybean oil (43.2% share). Strong performances from palm oil, jute, and textile products contributed to the surge, while electricity exports continued to grow steadily. The data underscores Nepal’s strengthening external sector amid a stable macroeconomic environment.
