३१ ब्रोकर कम्पनीले पाए मार्जिन कारोबारको अनुमति, सञ्चालनमा भने एउटा मात्र31 Brokers Cleared for Margin Trading, But Only One Actually Operating
नेपाल स्टक एक्सचेन्ज (नेप्से) ले थप तीन ब्रोकर कम्पनीलाई मार्जिन कारोबारका लागि अनुमति प्रदान गरेको छ। नबिल स्टक डिलर, एनआइएमबि स्टक मार्केट्स र हिमालयन सेक्युरिटिजले यो अनुमति पाएसँगै अब ९२ मध्ये ३१ वटा ब्रोकर कम्पनीले मार्जिन सेवा प्रदान गर्न सक्ने भएका छन्।
नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डले धितोपत्र सम्बन्धी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ११८ बमोजिम "मार्जिन कारोबार सुविधा सम्बन्धी निर्देशिका, २०८२" स्वीकृत गर्दै गत फागुन १ गतेदेखि यो सेवा लागू गरेको थियो। यसअघि नै २८ वटा पुराना ब्रोकर कम्पनीले अनुमति पाइसकेका थिए, तर व्यवस्था कार्यान्वयनमा नआएका कारण सेवा सुरु हुन सकेको थिएन।
तथापि, अनुमति पाएका ३१ मध्ये हालसम्म केवल एउटा — नासा सेक्युरिटिजले मात्र मार्जिन कारोबार सञ्चालनमा ल्याएको छ। नेप्सेका प्रवक्ता मुराहरि पराजुलीका अनुसार केही नयाँ ब्रोकर कम्पनीहरूले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकसँग अनुमति मागेका छन् र राष्ट्र बैंकबाट स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेपछि मात्रै उनीहरूले मार्जिन कारोबार सञ्चालन गर्न पाउनेछन्।
मार्जिन कारोबारको अनुमति पाएका ब्रोकर कम्पनीहरूमा क्रिष्टल कञ्चनजङ्घा सेक्युरिटिज, सेक्यूर्ड सेक्युरिटिज, भिजन सेक्युरिटिज, प्राइमो सेक्युरिटिज, कोहिनूर इन्भेष्टमेन्ट, दीपशिखा धितोपत्र कारोबार, इम्पेरियल सेक्युरिटिज, दिव्या सेक्युरिटिज, अर्यतारा इन्भेष्टमेन्ट, डाइनामिक मनी म्यानेजर्स, दक्षिणकाली इन्भेष्टमेन्ट, श्वेता सेक्युरिटिज, सुमेरु सेक्युरिटिज, निभ सेक्युरिटिज, श्रीहरी सेक्युरिटिज, नासा सेक्युरिटिज, सिप्रवी सेक्युरिटिज, भृकुटी स्टक ब्रोकिङ, सुन्धारा सेक्युरिटिज, क्रियटिभ सेक्युरिटिज, त्रिशक्ति सेक्युरिटिज, एबिसी सेक्युरिटिज, श्रीकृष्ण सेक्युरिटिज, अनलाइन सेक्युरिटिज, सनी सेक्युरिटिज, ओपन सेक्युरिटिज, कालिका सेक्युरिटिज, नबिल स्टक डिलर, नागरिक स्टक डिलर, एनआइएमबि स्टक मार्केट्स र हिमालयन सेक्युरिटिज रहेका छन्।
Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has granted margin trading approval to three additional broker companies — Nabil Stock Dealer, NIMB Stock Markets, and Himalayan Securities. With this latest addition, 31 out of 92 registered broker companies are now authorized to provide margin trading services to investors.
The Nepal Securities Board had formally launched margin trading by approving the "Margin Trading Facility Directive, 2082" under Section 118 of the Securities Act, 2063, with effect from the first of Falgun. While 28 broker companies had already received approval prior to this, the service could not be rolled out at the time because the regulatory framework had not yet been put in place.
Despite 31 companies now holding valid authorization, only one — NASA Securities — has actually begun offering margin trading services to clients. NEPSE spokesperson Murahari Parajuli confirmed this, noting that several newly approved broker companies have already approached Nepal Rastra Bank for the additional clearance required to begin operations. They will only be permitted to commence margin trading once that approval is secured.
The full list of brokers currently authorized for margin trading includes Crystal Kanchanjunga Securities, Secured Securities, Vision Securities, Primo Securities, Kohinoor Investment and Securities, Deepshikha Securities Trading, Imperial Securities, Divya Securities and Stock House, Aryatara Investment and Securities, Dynamic Money Managers Securities, Dakshinakali Investment and Securities, Shweta Securities, Sumeru Securities, Nibh Securities, Shrihari Securities, NASA Securities, Siprabi Securities, Bhrikuti Stock Broking Company, Sundhara Securities, Creative Securities, Trishakti Securities, ABC Securities, Shrikrishna Securities, Online Securities, Sunny Securities Company, Open Securities Investment, Kalika Securities, Nabil Stock Dealer, Nagarik Stock Dealer Company, NIMB Stock Markets, and Himalayan Securities.
