Best Finance will auction 556,074.57 founder shares starting June 18. Investors must place bids with a minimum base price of NPR 100 per share.
Applicants can bid for a minimum of 1,000 shares up to the maximum available shares. Individual investors, companies, and various organizations can submit sealed bids until June 24.
Applications can be submitted at Best Finance's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu, and its branch offices in Milan Chowk (Butwal), Nepalgunj, Itahari, Narayanghat, Ghorahi, Chitwan, Birgunj, and Pokhara. Additionally, forms can be submitted at Global IME Bank's branches in Surkhet and Dhangadhi. The auction is managed by Global IME Capital.
बेस्ट फाइनान्सले असार ४ गतेदेखि ५ लाख ५६ हजार ७४.५७ कित्ता संस्थापक समूहको सेयर लिलामीमा ल्याउने भएको छ। लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १०० रुपैयाँको आधार मूल्यमा बोलकबोल माध्यमबाट आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
आवेदकले न्यूनतम १००० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम सबै कित्ताका लागि आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। अन्य व्यक्ति, कम्पनी तथा विभिन्न संघ संस्थाले असार ११ गतेसम्म शिलबन्दी बोलपत्रमा आवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ।
