हिमालयन पावर पार्टनर लिमिटेडले आफ्नो हकप्रद शेयरको बाँडफाँट प्रक्रिया सम्पन्न गरेको छ । कम्पनीले मिति २०८२/१२/०९ गतेसम्म कायम रहेका साविक शेयरधनीहरूका लागि १ शेयर बराबर ०.५ शेयरको अनुपातमा प्रति शेयर अंकित मूल्य रु.१००।– दरले जम्मा ५३,२७,०८५ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गरेकोमा रितपूर्वक आवेदन दिने ४६,७६९ जना शेयरधनीहरूलाई ४८,५८,३४५ कित्ता शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो ।
बाँडफाँट कमिटिले मिति २०८३/०२/१८ गते बाँडफाँट गरी निष्काशनकर्ता कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिलाई सिफारिस गरेकोमा सञ्चालक समितिले भोलिपल्ट अर्थात् २०८३/०२/१९ गते उक्त बाँडफाँटलाई स्वीकृति प्रदान गरेको कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
आफ्नो कायम हकभन्दा बढी शेयर माग गरी आवेदन दिएका तर बाँडफाँटमा नपरेका आवेदकहरूको रकम आज जेठ २१ गते बिहीबारदेखि IPS मार्फत सम्बन्धित आवेदकहरूको बैंक खातामा फिर्ता पठाउने व्यवस्था मिलाइएको छ । यसर्थ सम्बन्धित आवेदकहरूलाई आफ्नो बैंक खातामा रकम जम्मा भए वा नभएको यकिन गर्न कम्पनीले आग्रह गरेको छ ।
उक्त हकप्रद शेयरको धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले निर्वाह गरेको छ ।
Himalayan Power Partner Limited has successfully completed the allotment process for its rights share issuance. The company had issued a total of 5,327,085 units of rights shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share in a 1:0.5 ratio — meaning one new share for every two existing shares — for shareholders registered on its books as of Chaitra 9, 2082. Of the 46,769 shareholders who submitted valid applications, a total of 4,858,345 units of rights shares have been allotted.
The allotment committee conducted the allotment on Baisakh 18, 2083, and formally recommended it to the board of directors of the issuing company. The board of directors subsequently granted its approval for the allotment the following day, on Baisakh 19, 2083, the company stated.
Applicants who had applied for shares exceeding their entitled quota but were not included in the allotment will have their refund amounts transferred directly to their respective bank accounts via IPS (Immediate Payment Service) starting today, Thursday, Jestha 21. The company has accordingly urged all concerned applicants to verify whether the refunded amount has been credited to their bank accounts.
