जीवन विकास लघुवित्तको ४५ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर लिलामीमा, बोलपत्र मंसिर ९ गतेसम्मJeevan Bikash Laghubitta to Auction 45,050 Promoter Shares; Bids Open Until
जीवन विकास लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले संस्थापक समूहका नाममा रहेको ४५ हजार ५० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर लिलामी (शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र) प्रक्रियामार्फत बिक्री गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले उक्त शेयर २०८२ साल कार्तिक २५ गतेदेखि मंसिर ९ गतेसम्म (नोभेम्बर 11 देखि नोभेम्बर 24, 2025) आवेदन दिन सकिने जनाएको छ।
लघुवित्तले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त संस्थाहरुलाई जारी गरिएको एकीकृत निर्देशन २०८१ को निर्देशन नं. १०/०८१ तथा धितोपत्र दर्ता तथा निष्काशन नियमावली, २०७३ बमोजिमको व्यवस्थाअनुसार संस्थापक समूहकै शेयर सोही समूहका विद्यमान संस्थापक तथा इच्छुक व्यक्ति वा संस्थाहरुलाई लिलामीमार्फत बिक्री गर्न स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेको हो।
शेयर खरिदका लागि इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरूले मंसिर ५ गते अपरान्ह २:३० बजेभित्र आवेदन जीवन विकास लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, कटहरी–२, मोरङ वा बिक्री प्रबन्धक एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, बालुवाटार, काठमाडौं मा बुझाउन सक्नेछन्।
लघुवित्तका अनुसार बिक्रीका लागि उपलब्ध शेयरहरू यस प्रकार छन्:
बिक्रीकर्ता नं. १ — १२,७०० कित्ता
बिक्रीकर्ता नं. २ — १०,१५० कित्ता
बिक्रीकर्ता नं. ३ — ११,२०० कित्ता
बिक्रीकर्ता नं. ४ — १५,००० कित्ता
प्रत्येक आवेदनको न्यूनतम शेयर संख्या २५० कित्ता रहेको छ र प्रस्ताव गरिएको न्यूनतम मूल्य प्रतिशेयर रु. ५०० तोकिएको छ।
आवेदकले कुन बिक्रीकर्ताको शेयर खरिद गर्न खोजिएको हो भन्ने कोड नम्बर स्पष्ट रूपमा आवेदन फाराम र शिलबन्दी खाम बाहिर उल्लेख गर्नुपर्ने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
शेयर बिक्री प्रक्रिया तथा बोलपत्र व्यवस्थापनको जिम्मेवारी एनएमबि क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले वहन गर्नेछ।
Jeevan Bikash Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the auction of 45,050 units of promoter shares belonging to its founding shareholders through a sealed-bid (closed tender) process. Interested existing promoters, individuals, or institutions can submit their bids from Kartik 25 to Mangsir 9, 2082 (November 11 to November 24, 2025).
The sale has been approved in accordance with the Unified Directive No. 10/081 (2081) issued by the Nepal Rastra Bank for “D” class financial institutions and the provisions under the Securities Registration and Issuance Regulations, 2073. The shares are being auctioned to remain within the promoter group of the company.
Bidders must submit their sealed bid applications by 2:30 PM on Mangsir 5, 2082 (November 21, 2025) at either the central office of Jeevan Bikash Laghubitta, Katahari-2, Morang, or the office of the issue manager, NMB Capital Limited, Baluwatar, Kathmandu.
The promoter shares available for sale are as follows:
Seller No. 1 — 12,700 shares
Seller No. 2 — 10,150 shares
Seller No. 3 — 11,200 shares
Seller No. 4 — 15,000 shares
Each application must include a minimum bid quantity of 250 shares, with a minimum price of Rs. 500 per share.
Applicants must clearly mention the seller code number both on the application form and on the outside of the sealed envelope when submitting their bids.
The auction management and sale process are being handled by NMB Capital Limited, which serves as the issue and sales manager for the transaction.
