सर्वोत्तम पेन्ट्स इन्डष्ट्रिज लिमिटेडको प्राथमिक शेयर (आईपीओ) मा आवेदन दिन चाहने लगानीकर्ताका लागि आज अन्तिम दिन हो। कम्पनीले जेठ २८ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि शेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको थियो।
कम्पनीले जारी पूँजीको २५ प्रतिशत बराबर ८ लाख ५० हजार कित्ता शेयर बजारमा ल्याएको छ। यसमध्ये वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीका लागि ८५ हजार कित्ता, सामूहिक लगानी कोषका लागि ४२ हजार र कर्मचारीका लागि १७ हजार कित्ता छुट्याइएको छ।
यी सबै हिस्सा कटाएपछि बाँकी रहेको ७ लाख ५ हजार ५०० कित्ता सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताका लागि उपलब्ध छ। प्रतिकित्ता अंकित मूल्य १०० रुपैयाँ तोकिएको छ भने न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम ५ हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन पाइनेछ।
आवेदन दिन इच्छुकले नेपाल धितोपत्र बोर्डबाट स्वीकृत जुनसुकै आस्बा सदस्य बैंक वा वित्तीय संस्थामार्फत अनुरोध गर्न सक्छन्। 'मेरो शेयर' प्रणालीमार्फत सी–आस्बा प्रयोग गरेर घरबाटै अनलाइन आवेदन दिन पनि सकिन्छ। आईपीओको निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी ग्लोबल आइएमई क्यापिटल लिमिटेडले लिएको छ।
लगानीकर्ताले भने कम्पनीको साखसम्बन्धी एउटा पक्षमा ध्यान दिनु उचित हुन्छ। केयर रेटिङ्स नेपालले यस कम्पनीलाई 'केयर–एनपी डबल बी माइनस' इस्युअर रेटिङ दिएको छ, जसले वित्तीय दायित्व पूरा गर्ने क्षमतामा मध्यम स्तरको जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्छ।
आज बैंकिङ समय सकिएपछि यस आईपीओमा नयाँ आवेदन स्वीकार गरिने छैन, त्यसैले इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले तोकिएको समयभित्रै निवेदन पेस गर्नु आवश्यक छ।
Today marks the final opportunity for investors wishing to apply for the Initial Public Offering of Sarvottam Paints Industries Limited. The company had opened its shares for public subscription from Jestha 28, and the window closes today.
The company has brought 850,000 units of ordinary shares to the market, representing 25 percent of its issued capital of Rs 34 million. Of this total, 85,000 units have already been allocated and distributed to Nepalis working abroad, 42,000 units set aside for mutual funds, and 17,000 units reserved for company employees.
After accounting for all these allocations, a total of 705,500 units remain available for general investors. Each share carries a face value of Rs 100, and applicants may apply for a minimum of 10 units and a maximum of 5,000 units.
Interested investors can submit their applications through any ASBA member bank or financial institution approved by the Securities Board of Nepal. Those preferring a more convenient route can apply online through the Mero Share platform using the C-ASBA facility. Global IME Capital Limited is serving as the issue and sales manager for this offering.
One aspect worth noting before investing is the company's credit rating. Care Ratings Nepal has assigned Sarvottam Paints an issuer rating of CARE-NP Double B Minus, which indicates a moderate level of risk in the company's ability to meet its financial obligations — a detail that cautious investors may want to weigh carefully.
Once banking hours end today, no further applications will be accepted under this offering. Investors yet to apply are advised to complete the process well within the deadline to avoid last-minute complications.
