काठमाडौं — सडक विभागअन्तर्गतको मदन भण्डारी राजमार्ग आयोजना निर्देशनालय, तम्घास गुल्मीस्थित मदन भण्डारी राजमार्ग योजना कार्यालयले विभिन्न निर्माण कम्पनी तथा व्यक्तिलाई कार्यालयमा रहेको आफ्नो धरौटी रकम फिर्ता लिन अत्यन्त जरुरी सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गरेको छ।
कार्यालयले साउन १४ गते प्रकाशित सूचनामार्फत आर्थिक वर्ष २०७६/७७ सम्म आम्दानी बाँधिएका तथा आयोजना सम्पन्न भइसकेका फर्म तथा कम्पनीहरूलाई १५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजातसहित निवेदन दिन आग्रह गरेको हो। तोकिएको अवधिभित्र सम्बन्धित पक्षले प्रमाणसहित निवेदन पेश नगरेमा आर्थिक कार्यविधि तथा वित्तीय उत्तरदायित्व नियमावली, २०७७ को नियम ६७(१) बमोजिम प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने कार्यालयले जनाएको छ।
कार्यालयले यसअघि नै ४० वटा निर्माण कम्पनी तथा व्यक्तिको नामसहितको सूची सार्वजनिक गरी समयमै सम्पर्कमा आउन अनुरोध गरिसकेको छ। सूचीमा मोनिका कन्स्ट्रक्सन, रामश्री कन्स्ट्रक्सन, आर.बि. कन्स्ट्रक्सन, विष्णु निर्माण सेवा, पौडेल निर्माण सेवा, प्रतिमित इन्जिनियरिङ कन्सल्टेन्सी, सर्क इन्जिनियरिङ कन्सल्टेन्सी, स्वराज कन्सल्टेन्सी, नेपाली मिडिया, लक्की कन्स्ट्रक्सन, जयरकाली कन्स्ट्रक्सन, विशाल एण्ड विराट कन्स्ट्रक्सन, पी.टी.आर. अधिकारी कन्स्ट्रक्सन, रञ्जित रञ्जन कन्स्ट्रक्सन र प्रकृति अनुपम जेभीलगायतका कम्पनी समावेश छन्।
तोकिएको समयावधिभित्र सम्बन्धित कम्पनी वा व्यक्तिले निवेदन दिन नआएमा प्रचलित कानुनबमोजिम सो धरौटी रकम राजस्व खातामा जम्मा गर्ने प्रक्रिया अघि बढाइने योजना कार्यालयले स्पष्ट पारेको छ।
KATHMANDU — The Madan Bhandari Highway Project Directorate under the Department of Roads, through its Madan Bhandari Highway Project Office in Tamghas, Gulmi, has issued an urgent public notice asking various construction companies and individuals to reclaim deposit (dharauti) funds held with the office.
Through a notice published on July 30 (Shrawan 14), the office has requested firms and companies whose income accounts were settled up to fiscal year 2076/77 and whose projects have already been completed to submit applications along with the required documents within 15 days to claim their deposit refunds. The office stated that if the concerned parties fail to submit applications with supporting evidence within the specified period, the process will proceed under Rule 67(1) of the Financial Procedures and Fiscal Accountability Regulations, 2077.
The office has already made public a list naming 40 construction companies and individuals, urging them to get in touch in time. The list includes Monika Construction, Ramshree Construction, R.B. Construction, Bishnu Nirman Sewa, Paudel Nirman Sewa, Pratimit Engineering Consultancy, Circle Engineering Consultancy, Swaraj Consultancy, Nepali Media, Lucky Construction, Jayarkali Construction, Bishal & Birat Construction, P.T.R. Adhikari Construction, Ranjit Ranjan Construction, and Prakriti Anupam JV, among others.
The project office has made clear that if the concerned companies or individuals fail to submit applications within the given deadline, the process of depositing the unclaimed dharauti funds into the government's revenue account will proceed in accordance with prevailing law.
