माउन्ट एभरेस्ट पावरको आईपीओ असार ३ गतेदेखि खुल्नेMount Everest Power's IPO to Open for General Public from Asar 3
माउन्ट एभरेस्ट पावर डेभलपमेन्ट लिमिटेडले असार ३ गतेदेखि सर्वसाधारणका लागि प्रारम्भिक सार्वजनिक निष्काशन (आईपीओ) खुला गर्ने भएको छ । आयोजना प्रभावित क्षेत्रका स्थानीय र वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीतर्फको बाँडफाँट सकेर कम्पनीले दोस्रो चरणमा प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित मूल्यका १४ लाख २७ हजार ६०० कित्ता (१४ करोड २७ लाख ६० हजार रुपैयाँ बराबर) सेयर बिक्रीमा ल्याउन लागेको हो । लगानीकर्ताले न्यूनतम १० कित्तादेखि अधिकतम १० हजार कित्तासम्म आवेदन दिन पाउनेछन् । निष्काशन छिटोमा असार ८ र ढिलोमा असार १७ गते बन्द हुनेछ ।
निष्काशन तथा बिक्री प्रबन्धकको जिम्मेवारी एनआईएमबी एस क्यापिटलले पाएको छ । आस्बा सेवामा आबद्ध बैंक तथा वित्तीय संस्थाका तोकिएका शाखाबाट 'सी–आस्बा' प्रणालीमार्फत वा सीडीएस एन्ड क्लियरिङको 'मेरो सेयर' एपबाट अनलाइन आवेदन दिन सकिन्छ । केयर रेटिङ नेपालले कम्पनीलाई 'केयरएनपी डबल बी प्लस' इस्युअर रेटिङ दिएको छ, जसले दायित्व बहन क्षमतामा मध्यम जोखिम रहेको संकेत गर्छ । कम्पनीले १२ मेगावाट क्षमताको दुधकुण्ड खोला जलविद्युत् आयोजना सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छ ।
Mount Everest Power Development Limited is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) for the general public from Asar 3. Having completed the allotment of shares reserved for residents of the project-affected area and Nepalis working abroad, the company is bringing 1,427,600 shares to ordinary investors in the second phase at a face value of Rs 100 apiece — an issue worth Rs 142.76 million. Applicants can bid for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 10,000, with the offering closing on Asar 8 at the earliest and Asar 17 at the latest.
NIMB Ace Capital is managing the issue and sale. Applications can be submitted through the C-ASBA system via ASBA member banks and financial institutions and their designated branches, or online through CDS and Clearing's Mero Share platform. CARE Ratings Nepal has assigned the company a CareNP BB+ issuer rating, indicating a moderate level of risk in its capacity to meet financial obligations. The company operates the 12 MW Dudhkunda Khola Hydropower Project.
