एनएलजी इन्स्योरेन्सले लाभांश घोषणा गर्योNLG Insurance Announces Dividend Distribution
एनएलजी इन्स्योरेन्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको संचित मुनाफाबाट सेयरधनीहरूलाई २.६३१५७९ प्रतिशत लाभांश वितरण गर्ने घोषणा गरेको छ। कम्पनीको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले २ अर्ब ५० करोड २६ लाख ५७ हजार ९२० रुपैयाँको चुक्तापुँजीका आधारमा २.५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयर (६ करोड २५ लाख ६५ हजार ४४८ रुपैयाँ) र ०.१३१५७९ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (३२ लाख ९२ हजार ९७१ रुपैयाँ) दिने निर्णय गरेको हो। उक्त लाभांश नेपाल बीमा प्राधिकरणबाट स्वीकृत भई कम्पनीको आगामी वार्षिक साधारणसभाले पारित गरेपछि वितरण गरिनेछ।
NLG Insurance Company Limited has announced a dividend distribution of 2.631579% from its accumulated profit for the last fiscal year. In a board meeting held on Friday, the company decided to distribute a total of 2.63% dividend based on the paid-up capital of NPR 2.5 billion, which includes 2.5% bonus shares worth NPR 62.56 million and 0.131579% cash dividend worth NPR 3.29 million for tax purposes. The declared dividend will be distributed to shareholders once it is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and ratified at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
