कुमारी बैंक लिमिटेडले आफ्ना संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेको ७८ हजार ६ सय ७७ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। बैंकका विभिन्न संस्थापक सेयरधनीले आफ्नो स्वामित्वको उक्त सेयर बिक्री गर्न इच्छा देखाउँदै निवेदन दिएपछि बैंकले खरिदका लागि सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गरेको हो।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्दा पहिलो प्राथमिकता विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई नै दिनुपर्ने व्यवस्था छ। सोहीअनुसार बैंकले यसअघि संस्थापकहरूका लागि सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको थियो, तर उनीहरूबाट कुनै पनि आवेदन नपरेपछि अहिले यो सेयर सर्वसाधारणका लागि खुला गरिएको हो।
संस्थापक सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक सर्वसाधारण व्यक्ति वा संस्थाले सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ दिनभित्र आवेदन दिइसक्नुपर्नेछ। खरिदकर्ताले नक्सालस्थित नागपोखरीमा रहेको बैंकको सेयर रजिष्ट्रार 'कुमारी क्यापिटल लिमिटेड' वा टंगालस्थित बैंकको प्रधान कार्यालयमा आइपुग्ने गरी आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। बिक्रीमा राखिएको सेयरको मूल्य भने बिक्रेताले तोकेबमोजिम नै हुने बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Kumari Bank Limited has put up 78,677 promoter shares, currently owned by its promoter shareholders, for sale. The bank issued a public notice for the sale after various promoter shareholders submitted applications expressing their intent to sell their ownership stakes.
As per the directives of the Nepal Rastra Bank, the first priority for purchasing promoter shares must be given to existing promoter shareholders. Accordingly, the bank had previously published a notice exclusively for the promoters. However, since no applications were received from them, these shares have now been opened for purchase by the general public.
Interested individuals or institutions from the general public who wish to purchase these promoter shares must submit their applications within 35 days from the date of the notice's publication. Applicants can submit their forms to reach the bank's share registrar, 'Kumari Capital Limited,' located at Nagpokhari, Naxal, or the bank's head office in Tangal. The bank has stated that the selling price of the shares will be as specified by the sellers.
