प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्सले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको ४ लाख ६९ हजार ३०२ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ता तथा संस्थाहरूका लागि बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। यसअघि विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिँदा कसैको पनि आवेदन नपरेपछि कम्पनीले अन्य इच्छुक व्यक्ति तथा संघसंस्थाका लागि यो अवसर दिएको हो।
सेयर खरिद गर्न चाहने इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले आगामी ७ दिनभित्र काठमाडौंको कमलादीस्थित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा पुगेर आवेदन पेस गर्नुपर्नेछ। कम्पनीले गत वैशाख १५ गते ३५ दिने सूचना जारी गर्दै साविक संस्थापकहरूका लागि यो सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको थियो। तोकिएको अवधिमा संस्थापकहरूबाट खरिद माग नआएपछि कम्पनीले नियामक व्यवस्थाअनुसार दोस्रो चरणको बिक्री प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो।
KATHMANDU: Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has officially opened the sale of 469,302 units of its promoter shares to the general public, individual investors, and corporate institutions. The move comes after the company's existing promoter shareholders failed to submit purchase applications during the initial priority window reserved exclusively for them.
Interested buyers must submit their purchase applications within seven days at the company's central office located in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. Previously, the insurer had issued a mandatory 35-day notice on April 27 (Baisakh 15) to give existing promoters the right of first refusal. With no purchase bids received during that timeframe, the company moved forward with the secondary clearance phase under regulatory provisions, making these holdings available to outside investors.
