फागुन १४ गते, बिहीबार, रिज लाईन इनर्जी लिमिटेड को सर्वसाधारणतर्फ निष्काशन गरिएको आईपीओ बाँडफाँट गरिएको छ। कम्पनीले माघ २८ गतेदेखि फागुन ४ गतेसम्म प्रतिकित्ता १०० रुपैयाँ अंकित दरका ११ लाख ८० हजार २६० कित्ता साधारण शेयर सार्वजनिक निष्काशन गरेको थियो, जसको कुल रकम ११ करोड ८० लाख २६ हजार रुपैयाँ बराबर रहेको थियो। सो आईपीओमा उल्लेख्य आकर्षण देखिँदै २५ लाख ३७ हजार ३०१ जना आवेदकबाट २ करोड ७१ लाख ३२ हजार २३० कित्ताका लागि आवेदन परेको थियो। मागभन्दा धेरै आवेदन परेपछि धितोपत्र निष्काशन तथा बाँडफाँट निर्देशिकाअनुसार गोलाप्रथा (लटरी) प्रणालीमार्फत शेयर बाँडफाँट गरिएको हो। बाँडफाँट परिणामअनुसार १ लाख १८ हजार २६ जना आवेदकले न्यूनतम १० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन् भने बाँकी आवेदक हात खाली भएका छन्।
On Falgun 14 (Thursday), the IPO of Ridge Line Energy Limited was officially allotted to the general public. The company had issued 1,180,260 ordinary shares at a par value of NPR 100 per share from Magh 28 to Falgun 4, amounting to a total issue size of NPR 118,026,000. The IPO witnessed overwhelming investor participation, with 2,537,301 applicants applying for a total of 27,132,230 shares. As the issue was oversubscribed multiple times, the shares were allotted through a lottery system in accordance with regulatory provisions. According to the allotment results, 118,026 applicants received 10 units of shares each, while the remaining applicants were left without allocation due to excess demand.
