सागर डिष्टिलरी लिमिटेडले शुक्रबार वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा रहेका नेपालीहरूका लागि छुट्याइएको साधारण शेयर (आईपीओ) बाँडफाँड सम्पन्न गरेको छ। नेपाल सरकारबाट श्रम स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरेका नेपालीहरूलाई लक्षित गरी निष्कासन गरिएको यस आईपीओमा कम्पनीले एक लाख ४५ हजार २०० कित्ता शेयर उपलब्ध गराएको थियो।
बाँडफाँडमा १४ हजार ५२० जना आवेदकले प्रत्येकी १०/१० कित्ताका दरले शेयर प्राप्त गरेका छन्। कम्पनीले प्रति कित्ता १०० रुपैयाँको दरमा गत साउन २८ गतेदेखि भदौ १ गतेसम्म आवेदन खुला गरेको थियो।
यो आईपीओको बिक्री प्रबन्धक मुक्तिनाथ क्यापिटल लिमिटेड रहेको छ। कम्पनीले अब सर्वसाधारणका लागि पनि आईपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने तयारी गरिरहेको छ।
Sagar Distillery Limited has successfully completed the allotment of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) targeted at Nepali citizens working abroad with official labor approval from the Government of Nepal.
The company had floated a total of 145,200 shares exclusively for migrant workers, and during the allotment process, 14,520 applicants received 10 shares each. The IPO was issued at a face value of Rs. 100 per share and remained open for subscription from August 12 to August 16 (2082 Saun 28 – Bhadra 1).
Muktinath Capital Limited acted as the issue manager for this offering. The company has announced that the next phase of the IPO issuance will be made available to the general public soon.
