सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकको संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री अब सर्वसाधारणका लागि! Sangrila Development Bank's Founder Share Sale Now Open for the General Public!
Sangrila Development Bank has opened the sale of 43,126 founder shares from today (February 20). Any individual, company, or organization can apply for these shares. Previously, since the existing founder shareholders did not purchase the shares, they are now open for sale to the general public. Interested investors can submit their application form with details of how many shares they wish to purchase at the bank's central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, within the next 15 days.
सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकले आज (फागुन २० गते) देखि ४३ हजार १२६ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री खुला गरेको छ। यसमा जो कोही व्यक्ति, कम्पनी र विभिन्न संघसंस्थाले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्। यसअघि विद्यमान संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरुले सेयर खरिद नगरेपछि यो सेयर सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्ताले समेत किन्न सक्ने गरी बिक्री खुला गरिएको हो। सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक लगानीकर्ताले आजबाट १५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बालुवाटार, काठमाडौंमा सेयर खरिदको विवरण सहित आवेदन फारम बुझाउन सक्नेछन्।
