सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंकद्वारा १ लाख २ हजार ५७४ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमाShangrila Development Bank to Sell 102,574 Promoter Shares
Shangrila Development Bank Limited has put up 102,574 promoter shares for sale, which are currently held by various existing promoter shareholders. The bank has opened the sale exclusively for its existing promoter shareholders. Interested promoters must submit their purchase applications, specifying the number of shares they wish to buy, at the bank’s central office in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, within the next 35 days.
If no applications are received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the bank has stated that the shares will be made available to the general public. The bank has followed a similar approach in previous promoter share sales, prioritizing existing shareholders before offering shares to the public.
सांग्रिला डेभलपमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडले विभिन्न संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूको नाममा रहेको १ लाख २ हजार ५७४ कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ। बैंकले यी सेयर हालका संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूलाई मात्रै खरिद गर्न सक्ने गरी बिक्री खुला गरेको हो। इच्छुक संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले आगामी ३५ दिनभित्र आफूले खरिद गर्न चाहेको सेयरको विवरण सहित बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, बालुवाटार, काठमाडौंमा निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
यदि तोकिएको म्यादभित्र कुनै संस्थापक सेयरधनीबाट सेयर खरिदको आवेदन प्राप्त नभएमा, बैंकले उक्त सेयर सर्वसाधारणलाई बिक्री गर्ने जनाएको छ। यसअघि पनि बैंकले संस्थापक सेयर बिक्री गर्दा पहिले संस्थापक सेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिने गरेको थियो।
