श्री डिष्टिलरी लिमिटेडले आइपीओ प्रस्ताव सहित असार ११ गते विशेष साधारण सभा बोलाएको छ। सभा कम्पनीको रजिष्टर्ड कार्यालय, बबरमहल काठमाडौंमा बिहान १० बजे सुरु हुनेछ।
सभामा कम्पनीले आइपीओ निष्कासन गर्ने प्रस्ताव पेश गर्नेछ। सोको लागि कम्पनीले आवश्यक सम्पूर्ण कार्य गर्न सञ्चालक समितिलाई अख्तियारी दिने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ।
Shree Distillery Limited has called a special general meeting on Asar 11 with a proposal for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The meeting will be held at the company's registered office in Babarmahal, Kathmandu, starting at 10 AM.
During the meeting, the company will present the proposal to issue an IPO. Additionally, the company will pass a resolution to authorize the Board of Directors to undertake all necessary actions for the IPO issuance.
