श्री इन्भेष्टमेन्ट एण्ड फाइनान्स कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्ना ६ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर सर्वसाधारणमा बिक्रीको लागि सार्वजनिक रूपमै खुला गरेको छ।
यसअघि कम्पनीले हालका संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई अग्राधिकारसहित शेयर खरिदको अवसर प्रदान गरे पनि अपेक्षित संख्यामा आवेदन नआएकोले उक्त शेयर अब आम नागरिक तथा इच्छुक संस्थागत लगानीकर्ताका लागि खुला गरिएको हो।
कम्पनीले जनाएअनुसार इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरू वा संघ–संस्थाले आगामी ७ कार्य दिनभित्र आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र र कागजातसहित डिल्लीबजार, काठमाडौंस्थित कम्पनीको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा आवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
शेयरमा लगानी गर्न चाहनेले समयमै सम्पूर्ण कागजात बुझाउनुपर्ने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ। थप जानकारीका लागि कम्पनीको कार्यालयमा सम्पर्क गर्न वा आधिकारिक सूचना हेर्न अनुरोध गरिएको छ।
Shree Investment & Finance Company Limited has opened the sale of 6,000 promoter shares to the general public.
Earlier, the company had offered these shares to its existing promoter shareholders on a preferential basis. However, due to insufficient applications, the shares are now available for purchase by interested individuals and institutions from the public.
According to the company, applicants must submit their application along with the required documents to the company’s central office in Dilli Bazaar, Kathmandu within 7 working days.
Interested investors are requested to submit all necessary documents within the given deadline. For more details, the company has advised contacting the office or referring to the official notice.
