स्वरोजगार लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेड ले संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीका लागि सार्वजनिक सूचना जारी गरेको छ। संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो शेयर बिक्री गर्न निवेदन दिएपछि संस्थाले प्रक्रिया अघि बढाएको हो।
नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार पहिले विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीलाई प्राथमिकता दिइए पनि तोकिएको समयमा निवेदन नआएपछि अब इच्छुक अन्य लगानीकर्ताबाट आवेदन आह्वान गरिएको छ।
सूचनाअनुसार इच्छुक व्यक्तिले ३५ दिनभित्र आवश्यक कागजातसहित बनेपा–५ स्थित केन्द्रीय कार्यालयमा लिखित निवेदन दिनुपर्नेछ।
कम्पनीले कुल १७,२२७ कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेको छ।
Swarojgar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has issued a public notice inviting applications for the sale of founder shares.
The institution stated that a founder shareholder had applied to sell their shares, after which the board decided to proceed with the sale process. As per the directive of Nepal Rastra Bank, priority was first given to existing founder shareholders; however, since no valid applications were received within the stipulated period, the process has now been opened to interested investors.
Interested buyers are required to submit their applications within 35 days with necessary documents at the central office located in Banepa-5, Kavrepalanchok.
The company has made a total of 17,227 founder shares available for sale.
