According to the issue manager, Global IME Capital, the share allotment was finalized on Tuesday morning at 8:30 AM. A total of 184,260 applicants were allotted shares, each receiving 10 units. The IPO witnessed overwhelming demand from investors, reflecting strong interest in hydropower sector stocks. In total, 2,766,510 applicants had applied for the offering. By the final day of the issue, applications worth Rs 3.07 billion had been received for 30.73 million shares, indicating a significant oversubscription compared to the number of shares available for the public.

चालु आर्थिक वर्ष २०८२/८३ को आठ महिनामा सरकारले ७ खर्ब ५१ अर्ब ८६ करोड रुपैयाँ राजस्व संकलन गरेको छ, जुन सो अवधिका लागि तय गरिएको लक्ष्यको ८२.६० प्रतिशत मात्र हो। वार्षिक लक्ष्य १४ खर्बभन्दा बढी भए पनि फागुनसम्म कुल लक्ष्यको करिब ५० प्रतिशत मात्रै राजस्व उठेको छ। यस अवधिमा कर राजस्व ६ खर्ब ७६ अर्ब र गैरकर राजस्व करिब ७० अर्ब रुपैयाँ संकलन भएको छ। आठ महिनामा सरकारको कुल आम्दानी करिब ७ खर्ब ६५ अर्ब रुपैयाँ हुँदा खर्च ९ खर्ब २६ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ, जसका कारण बजेट घाटा २ खर्ब ७९ अर्ब रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। यता पुँजीगत खर्च भने निकै न्यून रहँदै वार्षिक लक्ष्यको करिब १९ प्रतिशत मात्रै खर्च भएको छ।The government collected Rs 751.86 billion in revenue during the first eight months of the fiscal year 2025/26, achieving only 82.60 percent of the target set for the period. Despite an annual target of over Rs 1.4 trillion, only about 50 percent has been achieved by Falgun. During this period, tax revenue reached Rs 676 billion and non-tax revenue around Rs 70 billion. While total income stood at about Rs 765 billion, government expenditure reached Rs 926 billion, resulting in a budget deficit of Rs 279 billion. Meanwhile, capital expenditure remains very low at only about 19 percent of the annual target.

The company has approval to issue 4.9 million shares, representing 35% of its issued capital. Among them, 1.4 million shares are allocated for local residents and 350,000 shares for Nepalis working abroad. Investors can apply for a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 20,000 shares. मन्त्रिपरिषद्को निर्णय: २ करोड ४२ लाख डलर अनुदान स्वीकार, युद्ध प्रभावित क्षेत्रमा रहेका नेपालीको उद्धारमा दूतावास परिचालन काठमाडौं । सरकारले २ करोड ४२ लाख ६७ हजार ४२७ अमेरिकी डलर बराबरको अनुदान सहायता स्वीकार गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ। प्रधानमन्त्री निवास बालुवाटारमा आज बसेको मन्त्रिपरिषद् बैठकले उक्त अनुदान स्वीकार गर्ने निर्णय गरेको हो। सरकारका अनुसार हरित जलवायु कोष (Green Climate Fund) बाट संयुक्त राष्ट्र संघीय विकास कार्यक्रम (UNDP) मार्फत प्राप्त हुने उक्त अनुदान नेपालका हिम नदी बेसिन क्षेत्रमा सञ्चालन हुने परियोजनाका लागि प्रयोग गरिनेछ। उक्त परियोजनामार्फत हिमताल विस्फोटनजन्य बाढी (GLOF) तथा बाढीबाट उत्पन्न जोखिम न्यूनीकरण गर्दै स्थानीय जनताको जीविकोपार्जन र सम्पत्तिको संरक्षण गर्ने लक्ष्य राखिएको छ।Cabinet Approves $24.27 Million Grant, Mobilizes Diplomatic Missions for Rescue of Nepalis in Conflict-Affected West Asia Kathmandu — The government has decided to accept a grant assistance of $24.27 million (approximately $24,267,427). The funding will be used for a project aimed at protecting livelihoods and property by reducing the risks posed by glacial lake outburst floods (GLOFs) and other flood-related disasters in Nepal’s Himalayan river basin areas.

The company has applied to the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) seeking approval to issue 6.3 million shares at a price of Rs 200 per share. According to the proposal, the company plans to issue shares with a face value of Rs 100 along with a premium of Rs 100 per share. If approved, the company aims to raise a total of Rs 1.26 billion through the public offering. Himalayan Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO. Financial data shows that from fiscal year 2020/21 to mid-January of fiscal year 2025/26, the company has generated revenue exceeding Rs 15.63 billion. In the first six months of the current fiscal year alone, the company reported revenue of around Rs 2.57 billion.

पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको मूल्य वृद्धि, पेट्रोल १७२ र डिजेल १५२ रुपैयाँ कायम काठमाडौं । नेपाल आयल निगमले पेट्रोलियम पदार्थको मूल्य बढाएको छ। निगमले आइतबार रातिदेखि लागू हुने गरी पेट्रोल प्रतिलिटर १५ रुपैयाँ तथा डिजेल र मट्टितेल प्रतिलिटर १० रुपैयाँले बढाएको हो। नयाँ मूल्यसूचीअनुसार अब पेट्रोल प्रतिलिटर १७२ रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ भने डिजेल तथा मट्टितेलको मूल्य प्रतिलिटर १५२ रुपैयाँ कायम भएको छ। यसअघि पेट्रोलको मूल्य १५७ रुपैयाँ र डिजेलको मूल्य १४२ रुपैयाँ प्रतिलिटर रहेको थियो।Fuel Prices Increased in Nepal: Petrol at Rs 172 and Diesel at Rs 152 per Liter Kathmandu — Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the prices of petroleum products. The new prices came into effect from Sunday night, with petrol rising by Rs 15 per liter and diesel as well as kerosene increasing by Rs 10 per liter. According to the revised price list, petrol now costs Rs 172 per liter, while diesel and kerosene are priced at Rs 152 per liter. Previously, petrol was priced at Rs 157 per liter and diesel at Rs 142 per liter.

माघमा सेयर धितो कर्जा ३ अर्ब ३३ करोडले वृद्धिShare Margin Loans Increase by NPR 3.33 Billion in Magh

काठमाडौं । सेयर बजारमा लगानीकर्ताले बैंकबाट लिने मार्जिन प्रकृतिको कर्जा माघ महिनामा मात्रै तीन अर्ब ३३ करोड २० लाख रुपैयाँले बढेको छ। नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको तथ्यांक अनुसार पुस मसान्तसम्म एक खर्ब ५२ अर्ब ८२ करोड रुपैयाँ रहेको यस्तो कर्जा माघ मसान्तसम्ममा बढेर एक खर्ब ५६ अर्ब १५ करोड रुपैयाँ पुगेको छ। चालु आर्थिक वर्षको सात महिनामा भने सेयर धितो कर्जा कुल १५ अर्ब ४५ करोड रुपैयाँले बढेको छ। राष्ट्र बैंकले असोज २२ गते मार्जिन कर्जामा रहेको २५ करोड रुपैयाँको सीमा हटाएपछि यस्तो कर्जा विस्तार हुँदै गएको देखिएको छ।Kathmandu – Margin loans taken from banks for share investment increased by NPR 3.33 billion in the month of Magh. Data from the Nepal Rastra Bank shows that the outstanding margin lending rose from NPR 152.82 billion in Poush to NPR 156.15 billion by the end of Magh. In the first seven months of the current fiscal year, margin-based share loans have increased by NPR 15.45 billion. The growth in lending has accelerated after the Nepal Rastra Bank removed the NPR 250 million cap on individual margin loans on October 22.

साताको पहिलो कारोबार दिन नेप्से परिसूचक सामान्य बढेको छ। आइतबार नेप्से ४.४५ अंक बढेर २८२४.९० विन्दुमा पुगेको छ। कारोबार रकम भने १४ अर्ब ३२ करोड रुपैयाँ नाघेको छ। सोलु हाइड्रोपावर र साल्पा विकास बैंकको शेयर सकारात्मक सर्किटमा कारोबार भए। होटल फरेष्ट इन र ग्रीनलाइफ हाइड्रोपावरको शेयर मूल्य उल्लेखनीय बढ्यो भने दरमखोला हाइड्रो इनर्जीको शेयर मूल्य १० प्रतिशतले घट्यो। घलेम्दी हाइड्रोपावर, रिडी पावर र नेशनल हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी कारोबारमा शीर्ष रहे। १३ उपसमूहमध्ये ९ को परिसूचक बढेको छ भने ४ को घटेको छ।On the first trading day of the week, the NEPSE index rose slightly by 4.45 points to reach 2,824.90. Trading volume was NPR 1.432 billion. Solu Hydropower and Salpa Bikash Bank traded at the positive circuit limit. Hotel Forest Inn and Greenlife Hydropower saw notable gains, while Darmakhola Hydro Energy dropped 10%. GhaleMdi Hydropower, Ridi Power, and National Hydropower led in trading value. Out of 13 sub-indices, 9 increased and 4 declined.
