प्रभु महालक्ष्मी लाइफ इन्स्योरेन्स लिमिटेडको प्रस्तावित लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्न आज (मंगलबार) अन्तिम दिन रहेको छ। कम्पनीले जेठ १६ गते बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरिएकाले आजसम्म शेयरधनी बनेका लगानीकर्ताहरूले मात्र लाभांश प्राप्त गर्ने तथा वार्षिक साधारण सभामा सहभागी हुन सक्नेछन्।
शुक्रबार र शनिबार बजार बन्द हुने भएकाले यसअघि शेयर खरिद नगरेका लगानीकर्ताहरूले आजभित्र शेयर खरिद गर्नुपर्नेछ।
कम्पनीको आठौं वार्षिक साधारणसभा जेठ २६ गते काठमाडौंस्थित आम्रपाली ब्याङ्क्वेटमा बिहान ११ बजेबाट सुरु हुनेछ। सो सभामा कम्पनीले ८ प्रतिशत बोनस शेयर र ०.४२१ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश (करसहित) वितरण गर्ने प्रस्ताव पारित गर्नेछ।
लगानीकर्ताहरूले लाभांश सुरक्षित गर्न समयमै शेयर खरिद गरी नाममा राख्न कम्पनीले आग्रह गरेको छ।
Today (Tuesday) is the final day for shareholders to secure dividends from Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited. The company has announced a book closure on Jestha 16 for the purpose of its annual general meeting (AGM) and dividend distribution.
Since the stock market will remain closed on Friday and Saturday, only those who become shareholders by the end of today will be eligible to attend the AGM and receive the proposed dividend.
The company's 8th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Jestha 26 at Amrapali Banquet, Kathmandu, starting at 11:00 AM.
During the AGM, the company will propose a dividend of 8% bonus shares and 0.421% cash dividend (including tax) based on the current paid-up capital.
Shareholders are advised to ensure their shares are in their name by the end of today to claim the proposed benefits.
