नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकले आजका लागि विभिन्न विदेशी मुद्राको विनिमय दर सार्वजनिक गरेको छ। केन्द्रीय बैंकले अद्यावधिक गरेको पछिल्लो विवरणअनुसार आज अमेरिकी डलर एकको खरिद दर १५३ रुपैयाँ ०१ पैसा र बिक्री दर १५३ रुपैयाँ ६१ पैसा तोकिएको छ। भारतीय रुपैयाँ (भारु) १०० को खरिद दर १६० रुपैयाँ र बिक्री दर १६० रुपैयाँ १५ पैसा यथावत् रहेको छ।
त्यस्तै, युरोपेली मुद्रा युरो एकको खरिद मूल्य १७४ रुपैयाँ ३० पैसा र बिक्री मूल्य १७४ रुपैयाँ ९८ पैसा कायम भएको छ। बेलायती पाउन्ड स्टर्लिङको खरिद दर २०२ रुपैयाँ ७८ पैसा हुँदा बिक्री दर २०३ रुपैयाँ ५८ पैसा पुगेको छ। यसैगरी, अस्ट्रेलियन डलर एकको खरिद १०७ रुपैयाँ ४७ पैसा तथा बिक्री दर १०७ रुपैयाँ ८९ पैसा निर्धारण गरिएको छ भने जापानी येन १० को खरिद दर ९.७३ र बिक्री दर ९.७७ रुपैयाँ रहेको छ।
नेपालीहरूको प्रमुख श्रम गन्तव्य मानिएका खाडी मुलुकहरूको विनिमय दर पनि राष्ट्र बैंकले तोकेको छ। जसअनुसार कतारी रियाल एकको खरिद दर ४२ रुपैयाँ ०१ पैसा र बिक्री दर ४२ रुपैयाँ १८ पैसा कायम छ। युएई दिराम एकको बिक्री दर ४१ रुपैयाँ ८२ पैसा, मलेसियन रिंगिट एकको ३७ रुपैयाँ ७० पैसा र साउदी रियाल एकको ४० रुपैयाँ ९१ पैसा तोकिएको छ। सबैभन्दा महँगो मुद्राका रूपमा रहेको कुवेती दिनार एकको बिक्री दर भने ४९९ रुपैयाँ २२ पैसा पुगेको छ।
राष्ट्र बैंकले सार्वजनिक गरेको यो सन्दर्भ दर मात्र हो। खुला बजारमा वाणिज्य बैंकहरूले तोक्ने विनिमय दर यो भन्दा केही फरक हुन सक्ने केन्द्रीय बैंकले स्पष्ट पारेको छ। साथै, बजारको आवश्यकताअनुसार यो विनिमय दर जुनसुकै बेला संशोधन हुन सक्ने पनि राष्ट्र बैंकले जनाएको छ।
Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has published the foreign exchange rates for today. According to the central bank's updated daily roster, the buying rate for one US Dollar has been fixed at Rs 153.01, while the selling rate stands at Rs 153.61. The exchange rate for the Indian Rupee (INR) remains pegged and stable, with 100 INR bought at Rs 160.00 and sold at Rs 160.15.
For European and other major global currencies, the central bank has set the buying rate for one Euro at Rs 174.30 and the selling rate at Rs 174.98. Similarly, the UK Pound Sterling is being bought at Rs 202.78 and sold at Rs 203.58. The Australian Dollar is valued at Rs 107.47 (buying) and Rs 107.89 (selling), while 10 Japanese Yen has been fixed at a buying rate of Rs 9.73 and a selling rate of Rs 9.77.
In terms of currencies from major labor destinations for Nepali migrant workers, the Qatari Riyal's buying and selling rates are set at Rs 42.01 and Rs 42.18, respectively. The selling rates for the UAE Dirham, Malaysian Ringgit, and Saudi Riyal are fixed at Rs 41.82, Rs 37.70, and Rs 40.91, respectively. Meanwhile, the Kuwaiti Dinar continues to be the most expensive currency, with a selling rate touching Rs 499.22.
The NRB has clarified that the rates published are strictly reference rates. The actual exchange rates offered by commercial banks in the open market may slightly vary. Furthermore, the central bank reserves the right to revise these rates at any time based on market fluctuations.
