“१०.५% नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंक डिबेन्चर - २०८२” को साँवा तथा ब्याज रकम भुक्तानी सम्बन्धी जरुरी सूचना
साविक नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंक लिमिटेडले निष्काशन गरेको ७ वर्ष अवधि भएको “१०.५% नेपाल इन्भेष्टमेन्ट बैंक डिबेन्चर २०८२” नामको रकम रु. २ अर्ब बराबरको प्रति डिबेन्चर अंकित मूल्य रु. १,०००/- दरका २०,००,००० कित्ता डिबेन्चरको समयावधि मिति २०८३/०३/०३ मा समाप्त भएको हुँदा उक्त डिबेन्चरको साँवा रकम र खण्डित अवधिको अन्तिम किस्ता ब्याज रकम मिति २०८३/०३/०४ गतेदेखि फिर्ता भुक्तानी गरिने व्यहोरा डिबेन्चरधनीहरुलाई यसै सूचना मार्फत जानकारी गराउँदछौं।
यसरी डिबेन्चरधनीहरुको साँवा रकम तथा अन्तिम किस्ता ब्याज रकम भुक्तानी गर्दा निजहरुको हितग्राही खातामा उल्लेख भएको बैंक खातामा IPS मार्फत जम्मा गरिने व्यवस्था भएकोले बैंक खाता तथा PAN Number (प्यान नं.) अद्यावधिक नभएका हितग्राहीले यथाशिघ्र बैंक खाता र PAN Number (प्यान नं.) अद्यावधिक गर्न हुन यसै सूचना मार्फत अनुरोध गरिन्छ। साथै, केहि डिबेन्चरधनीहरुको बैंक खाताको विवरण डिम्याट खातामा उपलब्ध गराउँदा त्रुटि हुन गई हालसम्म पनि ब्याज रकम भुक्तानी हुन नसकिएका डिबेन्चरधनीहरुले आ-आफ्नो निक्षेप सदस्यमा सम्पर्क राखी विवरण सच्याउन हुन समेत अनुरोध गर्दछौं।
अन्य जानकारीको लागि यस बैंकको शेयर रजिष्ट्रार एनआईएमबि एस क्यापिटल लि., लाजिम्पाट वा शाखा कार्यालय आईटी प्लाजा, कमलादी, काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क राख्न हुन समेत अनुरोध गरिन्छ।
Urgent Notice regarding Principal and Interest Payment of “10.5% Nepal Investment Bank Debenture - 2082”
Nepal Investment Bank Limited had issued “10.5% Nepal Investment Bank Debenture 2082” with a 7-year maturity period, amounting to रु. 2 अर्ब, with a face value of रु. 1,000/- per debenture, totaling 20,00,000 units. As the maturity period ends on 2083/03/03, we hereby inform the debenture holders through this notice that the principal amount and the final installment of interest for the fragmented period of the said debenture will be paid starting from 2083/03/04.
For the payment of the principal amount and the final installment of interest to the debenture holders, arrangements have been made to deposit the amount via IPS into the bank account mentioned in their beneficiary account. Therefore, debenture holders whose bank account and PAN Number (प्यान नं.) are not updated are requested to update their bank account and PAN Number (प्यान नं.) as soon as possible through this notice. Additionally, some debenture holders whose bank account details provided in their Demat account had errors, resulting in non-payment of interest till now, are requested to contact their respective Depository Participant to correct their details.
For any other information, debenture holders are requested to contact the bank's share registrar, NIMB Ace Capital Ltd., at Lazimpat or its branch office at IT Plaza, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
