यस बेनी हाइड्रोपावर प्रोजेक्ट लिमिटेडको संचालक समितिको निर्णय अनुसार यस कम्पनीको धितोपत्र सम्बन्धी अभिलेख राख्ने, शेयर अभौतिकरण गर्ने, प्रमाणपत्र वितरण गर्ने, नामसारी लगायत शेयरधनीहरुको शेयर लगत अद्यावधिक गरी राख्ने सम्बन्धी सम्पूर्ण कार्य गर्नको लागि श्री प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड, कमलादी, काठमाडौंलाई शेयर रजिस्ट्रार नियुक्त गरेकोले यस कम्पनीको शेयर रजिस्ट्रार अन्तर्गत सम्पूर्ण कार्यहरु श्री प्रभु क्यापिटल लिमिटेड मार्फत हुने व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभाव लगायत सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीको लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।
Notice regarding Registrar to the Share
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of this Beni Hydropower Project Limited, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar to perform all works related to keeping securities records, dematerializing shares, distributing certificates, transferring names, and updating share records of shareholders. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all shareholders and concerned parties that all works under the Share Registrar of this company will be done through Prabhu Capital Limited.
