यस कम्पनीको मिति २०८३/०६/०७ मा बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयानुसार २०८३/०६/२८ गते गर्ने भनिएको १७औं वार्षिक साधारणसभा हाललाई विशेष कारणवश स्थगित गरिएको व्यहोरा सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूलाई जानकारी गराउँछौँ । साधारणसभाको अर्को मिति तय गरी छिट्टै जानकारी दिने व्यहोरा अनुरोध गर्दछौँ । यसबाट शेयरधनी महानुभावहरूमा पर्न जाने असुविधाप्रति कम्पनी क्षमाप्रार्थी छ ।

Notice regarding the Postponement of the 17th Annual General Meeting
As per the decision of the Board of Directors' meeting of this company held on 2083/06/07, we hereby inform all the respected shareholders that the 17th Annual General Meeting, which was scheduled to be held on 2083/06/28, has been postponed for the time being due to special reasons. We request that the next date for the General Meeting will be decided and informed soon. The company apologizes for any inconvenience caused to the respected shareholders due to this.
