यस कम्पनीको मिति २०८३/०३/०१ गते बिहान ११:३० बजे बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकको निर्णयानुसार कम्पनीको विशेष साधारण सभा निम्न मिति, स्थान र समयमा देहाय बमोजिमका विषयहरु उपर छलफल तथा निर्णय गर्न बस्ने भएको हुँदा कम्पनी ऐन, २०६३ को दफा ६७ बमोजिम सम्पूर्ण शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुको जानकारी तथा उपस्थितका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ ।

This notice has been published for the information and presence of all esteemed shareholders as per Section 67 of the Companies Act, 2063.
