साधारण शेयरमा हकदाबी सम्बन्धी अत्यन्त जरुरी सूचना

यस कम्पनीमा रहेको अभिलेख अनुसार दर्तावाल तपसिल बमोजिमका सेयरधनीहरूबाट सेयर प्रमाणपत्र हराएको/नष्ट भएकोले प्रतिलिपि पाउँ भनी निवेदन पेस हुन आएकोले उक्त सेयर उपर तल उल्लेखित निवेदकहरू बाहेक अन्य कसैको हकदाबी भए सोको सबुत प्रमाण सहित यो सूचना प्रकाशित भएको मितिले ३५ (पैंतीस) दिनभित्र यस कम्पनीमा दाबी गर्नुहुन सम्बन्धित सबैको जानकारीका लागि यो सूचना प्रकाशित गरिएको छ। अन्यथा उल्लेखित सेयरहरू निवेदकहरूको मागदाबी बमोजिम भईजाने तथा म्यादभित्र रीतपूर्वक प्राप्त नभएको निवेदन उपर कुनै कारबाही नहुने व्यहोरा समेत अनुरोध छ।

Urgent Notice Regarding Claims on Ordinary Shares

According to the records of this company, registered shareholders as per the details below have submitted applications stating that their share certificates have been lost/destroyed and requesting duplicate copies. Therefore, if anyone other than the applicants mentioned below has any claim over the said shares, this notice is published for the information of all concerned to submit their claim to this company along with evidence within 35 (thirty-five) days from the date of publication of this notice. Otherwise, the mentioned shares will be processed as per the applicants' request, and no action will be taken on applications not received in due process within the deadline.
