Notice Regarding Registrar to the Share
As per the decision of the Board of Directors of NRN Infrastructure & Development Limited, Prabhu Capital Limited, Kamaladi, Kathmandu has been appointed as the Share Registrar to perform all functions related to keeping securities records, dematerializing shares, distributing certificates, updating share records including transfer of shares of shareholders. Therefore, this notice is published for the information of all shareholders and concerned parties that all functions under the Share Registrar of this company will be effective through Prabhu Capital Limited from 2080/4/25.
