संस्थापक शेयर बिक्री सम्बन्धी जरुरी सूचना

यस वित्तीय संस्थाका संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफ्नो नाममा कायम रहेको संस्थापक शेयर कित्ता थान २,१८,६९२ बिक्री गर्नका लागि संचालक समिति समक्ष निवेदन गरेकाले उक्त संस्थापक शेयर खरिद गर्न पहिलो प्राथमिकता यस संस्थामा कायम रहेका शेयरधनीले पाउने हुँदा सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको १५ दिन भित्र शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापक शेयरधनी महानुभावहरुले संचालक समिति समक्ष आवेदन गर्न हुन अनुरोध छ । १५ दिन भित्र शेयर खरिद सम्बन्धी कुनै आवेदन नपरेमा संस्थापक शेयरधनीभन्दा बाहेकका व्यक्ति वा कम्पनीलाई नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको जारी निर्देशन तथा मापदण्ड बमोजिम शेयर बिक्री भइ जाने व्यहोरा अनुरोध छ ।
यस सम्बन्धी विस्तृत व्यहोरा वित्तीय संस्थाको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय, तीनकुने काठमाडौँमा सम्पर्क गरि लिन हुन अनुरोध छ ।

Urgent Notice Regarding Promoter Share Sale
(Published Date 2083 Shrawan 12, Tuesday, Saurya Rastriya Dainik)
Since a promoter shareholder of this financial institution has applied to the Board of Directors to sell 2,18,692 units of promoter shares registered in their name, and existing shareholders of this institution will receive first priority to purchase these promoter shares, interested promoter shareholders are requested to submit an application to the Board of Directors within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If no application for share purchase is received within 15 days, the shares will be sold to individuals or companies other than promoter shareholders as per the directives and standards issued by Nepal Rastra Bank.
