The visa fee for a single entry is approximately NPR 2,680, and a service charge (around NPR 2,000) is payable to VFS Global. Both fees are non-refundable once the application is processed. The processing time usually takes about 6 working days, but it can take longer if further verification is needed. Once approved, your visa is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, and you can stay in Japan for up to 90 days per visit.
