समता घरेलु लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडका विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले आफनो नाममा रहेको १०,००० कित्ता संस्थापक शेयर बिक्रीमा राखेका छन्।
कम्पनीले नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकको निर्देशनअनुसार आवश्यक प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्दै सेयर बिक्रीको निर्णय गरेको हो। सो प्रक्रियाअनुसार विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीहरूलाई प्राथमिकता दिने व्यवस्था रहेकाले संस्थाले यसअघि मिति २०८२ साल असोज ६ गते राष्ट्रिय दैनिकमार्फत ३५ दिने सूचना प्रकाशित गरेको थियो। तर सो अवधिभित्र कुनै पनि विद्यमान संस्थापक शेयरधनीले खरिदका लागि निवेदन नदिएकाले अब अन्य इच्छुक व्यक्तिहरू, कम्पनीहरू, संघ–संस्थाहरूलाई खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिन आग्रह गरिएको छ।
सात दिनभित्र इच्छुक योग्य व्यक्तिहरूले आवश्यक प्रमाणपत्र संलग्न गरी खरिद गर्न चाहेको कित्ता र दरभाउ स्पष्ट उल्लेखसहित निवेदन पेश गर्नुपर्नेछ। निवेदन समता लघुवित्तको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा–७, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा बुझाउन सकिनेछ।
कम्पनीले यस सम्बन्धी सूचना मिति २०८२ साल कार्तिक १२ गते दोस्रो पटक प्रकाशित गरेको हो। समता लघुवित्त नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट “घ” वर्गको इजाजतपत्र प्राप्त राष्ट्रियस्तरको लघुवित्त संस्था हो, जसको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय बनेपा, काभ्रेपलाञ्चोकमा रहेको छ।
The existing promoter shareholder of Samata Gharelu Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has announced the sale of 10,000 promoter shares registered under their name.
According to the company, the decision to sell the shares has been made following the necessary procedures as directed by the Nepal Rastra Bank. In line with regulatory requirements, the company had earlier published a 35-day public notice on 6th Ashwin 2082 in a national daily newspaper, giving priority to existing promoter shareholders to purchase the shares. However, as no applications were received within the given period, the company has now opened the opportunity for qualified interested individuals, companies, and institutions to submit applications for purchase.
Eligible applicants are required to submit their applications within seven (7) days from the publication date of this notice, clearly mentioning the number of shares desired and the proposed price per share, along with the necessary supporting documents. Applications must be submitted to the company’s central office located in Banepa-7, Kavrepalanchok.
This notice was republished on 12th Kartik 2082 as the second announcement. Samata Gharelu Laghubitta is a national-level “D” class microfinance institution licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank, with its head office based in Banepa, Kavrepalanchok.
