हिमालयन बैंकको १५ लाख ५१ हजार कित्ता संस्थापक सेयर बिक्रीमा1,551,025 Promoter Shares of Himalayan Bank Up for Sale
हिमालयन बैंकका संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले आफ्नो स्वामित्वमा रहेको १५ लाख ५१ हजार २५ कित्ता सेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेका छन्। बैंकका ७ जना संस्थापकहरूले यी सेयर बिक्री गर्न लागेका हुन्। यसमा हिमालयन बैंककै अन्य संस्थापक सेयरधनीहरूले आवेदन दिन सक्नेछन्।
सेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक संस्थापकहरूले आज जेठ १७ गतेदेखि ३५ दिन भित्र बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालय कमलादी, काठमाडौंमा आवेदन दिनु पर्नेछ। आवेदनमा के कति सेयर खरिद गर्न चाहन्छन् भन्ने जानकारी खुलाउनु पर्नेछ। सेयरहरूको बिक्री मूल्य बिक्रेताहरू अनुसार फरकफरक हुने भएकाले मूल्यसम्बन्धी जानकारी बैंकको केन्द्रीय कार्यालयबाट लिनुपर्नेछ।
यदि यो अवधिमा कुनै पनि संस्थापकबाट आवेदन नपरेमा, सर्वसाधारण लगानीकर्तालाई बिक्री खुला गरिने बैंकले जनाएको छ। यसले बैंकका सेयरहरूको बजार मूल्यमा असर पर्ने सम्भावना रहेको छ।
The promoter shareholders of Himalayan Bank are set to sell 1,551,025 shares they own. Seven promoters of the bank are involved in this sale. Only other promoter shareholders of Himalayan Bank can apply to purchase these shares.
Interested promoters need to apply within 35 days from today, Jestha 17, at the bank's central office in Kamaladi, Kathmandu. The application should specify the number of shares they intend to purchase. The selling prices of the shares will vary according to each seller, and interested buyers must get the price details from the bank's central office.
If no applications are received from the promoters within this period, the bank has announced that the shares will be made available for sale to the general public. This could potentially impact the market value of the bank's shares.
