विकास हाइड्रोपावरको वार्षिक साधारणसभा असोज १० गतेAnnual General Meeting of Vikas Hydropower on September 26
विकास हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेडले आफ्नो वार्षिक साधारणसभा असोज १० गते गर्ने भएको छ । साधारणसभा काठमाडौँको नयाँबजारस्थित सासा ब्यान्क्वेटमा आयोजना हुने कम्पनीले जनाएको छ ।
उक्त साधारणसभामा सञ्चालक समितिको प्रतिवेदन, लेखापरीक्षकको प्रतिवेदन तथा अन्य वित्तीय विवरण पारित गरिनेछ । साथै, सर्वसाधारण समूहबाट ३ जना सञ्चालक नियुक्त गर्ने र कम्पनीको प्रबन्धपत्र तथा नियमावलीमा आवश्यक संशोधन गर्ने एजेन्डा पनि सभामा प्रस्तुत गरिनेछ ।
कम्पनीले यसपालि लाभांश प्रस्ताव नगर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । साधारणसभा प्रयोजनका लागि कम्पनीले भदौ २४ गतेदेखि बुक क्लोज गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । यसअनुसार भदौ २३ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भइ कायम शेयरधनी मात्र साधारणसभामा सहभागी हुन योग्य हुनेछन् ।
Kathmandu – Vikas Hydropower Company Limited has announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 26 (Ashoj 10) at Sasa Banquet, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
The AGM will endorse the Board of Directors’ report, the auditor’s report, and other financial statements. It will also appoint three directors from the public shareholder group and approve necessary amendments to the company’s Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association.
The company has clarified that no dividend will be proposed in this AGM. For the purpose of the meeting, the company has decided to close its shareholders’ register on September 9 (Bhadra 24). Therefore, only those shareholders holding shares until September 8 (Bhadra 23) will be eligible to participate in the meeting.
