बरुण हाइड्रोपावर कम्पनी लिमिटेड ले आफ्ना अविक्रीत हकप्रद शेयरहरू बोलकबोल (गोप्य शिलबन्दी टेन्डर) मार्फत बिक्री गर्न लागेको छ। कम्पनीले बिक्रीका लागि आह्वान गरेको २,३८,४४३ कित्ता साधारण शेयर खरिद गर्न इच्छुक व्यक्ति, कम्पनी, संघसंस्था आदिबाट आवेदन माग गरेको हो।
यो शेयर खरिदका लागि आवेदन दिने अवधि भदौ २९ गतेदेखि असोज १२ गतेसम्म रहेको छ। अब आवेदन दिनका लागि २ दिन मात्र बाँकी छ। इच्छुक आवेदकहरूले न्यूनतम प्रति शेयर मूल्य रु. १०० अंकित दरमा गोप्य शिलबन्दी बोलपत्र पेश गर्न सक्नेछन्।
बोलपत्र आवेदन फाराम आरबिबि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड, टेकु, काठमाडौं तथा राष्ट्रिय वाणिज्य बैंकका विभिन्न शाखा कार्यालयहरू (वीरगञ्ज, जनकपुर, नारायणगढ, बागलुङ, बुटवल, नेपालगञ्ज, सुर्खेत, धनगढी, विराटनगर, पोखरा लगायत) बाट प्राप्त गर्न र बुझाउन सकिने व्यवस्था गरिएको छ।
बिक्री प्रबन्धक आरबिबि मर्चेन्ट बैंकिङ लिमिटेड ले संकलित बोलपत्रहरूलाई पछि तोकिएको मिति, समय र स्थान सार्वजनिक सूचना मार्फत जानकारी दिई राष्ट्रिय स्तरको पत्रिकामा प्रकाशित गरी खोलिने जनाएको छ।
यसरी बोलकबोल मार्फत अविक्रीत शेयर बिक्री भएपछि कम्पनीको स्वामित्व संरचनामा नयाँ संस्थागत तथा व्यक्तिगत लगानीकर्ताको प्रवेश हुने अपेक्षा गरिएको छ।
Barun Hydropower Company Limited has announced the ongoing auction of its unsold right shares through a sealed-bid (closed tender) process. The company has put up 238,443 units of ordinary shares for sale to interested individuals, companies, and institutions.
The auction period began on Bhadra 29, 2082 and will close on Ashwin 12, 2082. Now, only 2 days remain for interested applicants to submit their bids. The minimum bid price has been set at Rs. 100 per share.
Bid application forms are available at RBB Merchant Banking Limited, Teku, Kathmandu, as well as at various branches of Rastriya Banijya Bank across the country (including Birgunj, Janakpur, Narayangadh, Baglung, Butwal, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Dhangadhi, Biratnagar, Pokhara, and others).
According to the issue manager RBB Merchant Banking Limited, all collected bids will be opened later on a date, time, and venue to be announced publicly through a national daily newspaper.
With this auction, new institutional and individual investors are expected to enter the company’s ownership structure.
