काठमाडौं । छिमेक लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था लिमिटेडले गत आर्थिक वर्षको कमाइबाट शेयरधनीहरूलाई लाभांश वितरण गर्ने निर्णय गरेको छ । संस्थाले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजीको २५ प्रतिशतका दरले लाभांश दिने घोषणा गरेको हो ।
घोषित लाभांशमध्ये १२.५ प्रतिशत बोनस सेयरका रूपमा वितरण गरिनेछ भने बाँकी १२.५ प्रतिशत नगद लाभांश कर प्रयोजनार्थसहित प्रदान गरिनेछ ।
संस्थाको मंसिर २९ गते बसेको सञ्चालक समितिको बैठकले उक्त लाभांश प्रस्ताव स्वीकृत गरेको हो । नेपाल राष्ट्र बैंकबाट आवश्यक स्वीकृति प्राप्त भएपछि र आगामी वार्षिक साधारण सभाबाट पारित भइसकेपछि मात्र शेयरधनीहरूले घोषित लाभांश प्राप्त गर्नेछन् ।
संस्थाले सुदृढ वित्तीय अवस्था र स्थिर नाफालाई आधार बनाउँदै शेयरधनी हितलाई प्राथमिकता दिँदै लाभांश प्रस्ताव गरेको जनाएको छ ।
Kathmandu — Chhimek Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided to distribute dividends to its shareholders from the profits earned in the previous fiscal year.
The microfinance institution has announced a total dividend of 25 percent of its paid-up capital. Of the total, 12.5 percent will be distributed in the form of bonus shares, while the remaining 12.5 percent will be paid as cash dividend, including applicable taxes.
The dividend proposal was approved at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on December 15 (Mangsir 29). Shareholders will be eligible to receive the dividend only after obtaining the necessary approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and following endorsement by the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The institution stated that the dividend decision reflects its strong financial performance and continued focus on safeguarding shareholder interests.
