सिटी होटल लिमिटेडले आगामी भदौ २३ गतेदेखि हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने भएको छ। कम्पनीले हाल कायम चुक्ता पुँजी १ अर्ब ६७ करोड ४० लाख रुपैयाँबराबरको १०० अंकित मूल्यमा प्रतिकित्ता १ः०.८ अनुपातमा १ करोड ३३ लाख ९२ हजार कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर निष्कासन गर्ने जानकारी दिएको छ। यसअनुसार, पुराना शेयरधनीहरूलाई १० कित्तामा ८ कित्ता हकप्रद शेयर प्राप्त हुनेछ।
कम्पनीले यस प्रयोजनका लागि साउन २७ गते बुक क्लोज गरेको थियो। तसर्थ, साउन २६ गतेसम्म नेप्सेमा कारोबार भइ कायम हुने शेयरधनीहरूलाई मात्र हकप्रद शेयरका लागि आवेदन दिने अवसर हुनेछ। हकप्रद आवेदन प्रक्रिया असोज १२ गतेसम्म खुला रहनेछ।
सिटी होटलको हकप्रद शेयर बिक्री प्रबन्धकमा प्रभु क्यापिटल रहेको छ।
City Hotel Limited is set to issue rights shares starting from 23rd Bhadra. The company will issue 1,33,92,000 rights shares at a price of Rs. 100 per share, representing 80% of its current paid-up capital, which amounts to Rs. 1.67 billion. The rights offering will be made at a ratio of 8 new shares for every 10 shares held.
The company has already closed its books on 27th Shrawn, meaning only shareholders who hold shares as of 26th Shrawn (prior to the closure) will be eligible to apply for the rights shares. The application deadline for the rights shares is 12th Ashoj.
Prabhu Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for this rights offering.
